Please take my advice. I would not Step 1 foot in this dentist office. They steal your money, they had about five different dentists in there. They just kicked me out of their office saying they will not help me because I signed a piece of paper staying. I was satisfied. They pushed that paper on me. And when I got in my car, I said, I should have never signed that paper, because they will use it against me. And sure enough, they did. Do you not sign any agreements until you have received all your treatment?This is the worst dentist office.I've ever been in in my life.I would never make an appointment there.Just giving you fair warning this company must have paid people to leave a good review or rip. Their insurance off a little bit more to get a good review. I am telling you that honest truth.This place is horrible ....I would also like to add the last dentist that I saw. She was very nice and I pray that God blesses her with her own office because her personality and the way she handled herself was very kind. It was the staff and all the other five dentists that I went through, that were horrible.

I had a scheduled cleaning at Sage Dental and unfortunately it was not a positive experience. The entire visit felt very robotic and scripted, rather than patient-centered. I didn’t feel like I was being listened to or treated as an individual; more like I was being guided through a process focused on upselling services and products. I declined several treatment options early on, but they were still included and pushed again when I was presented with documents to sign. That was frustrating and made me feel like my input wasn’t respected. There was also a lack of clear communication regarding pricing. Even with dental insurance, I ended up paying out of pocket without a clear understanding of what I was being charged for initially. During the cleaning itself, the experience was uncomfortable. Products were dropped on my face, and when I expressed discomfort, I was told it was due to "sensitive gums," despite the hygienist being quite aggressive. I was also topically numbed for a routine cleaning, which has never been part of my previous dental experiences. I’ve always had positive experiences at dental offices, so this was disappointing. After today, I can better understand why some people feel anxious about going to the dentist. I hope this feedback encourages more attentive, transparent, and patient-focused care in the future from this practice.

I used to really like this dental office when it was Marietta Dental, but unfortunately my experience has gone downhill since it changed to Sage Dental. In the past, most of my visits were largely covered by insurance. Anything that was no covered, and was considered extra was verbally discussed with me so that I had the opportunity to elect whether I wanted to proceed with the optional service. Now, it feels like every appointment comes with a long list of extra charges — many of which were never discussed with me ahead of time. One example was a charge for "oral hygiene instruction." I’m honestly not sure what was so special about that instruction that even my insurance wouldn’t cover it entirely, leaving me to cover the cost. And one charge was for nutritional counseling, which there was no discussion of nutrition, so I am fairly certain my insurance was scammed by Sage to get that payment. Most of the people that I knew there have gone - The office manager, the dentist, my hygienist....all gone. I guess that should have been a clue that I might want to research a new dentist. The lack of transparency has made me uncomfortable, and it now feels more like a money grab than patient care. Because of this, I won’t be returning and will be looking for a dentist who is more upfront, honest, and trustworthy about costs.

Office is one of the best and most professional offices that I deal with. The manager Curi Jennings Along with the staff are always professional precise in a dedicated to doing their job in assisting their patients. Five stars is not enough. Tony from terminix.

Crowns crowns root canal crowns. I would like to think I have dencent insurance lord knows I pay enough for it. If you go in thinking your going to get a filling and some work done? think again. I walked in there for one, and then walked out with them wanting 10,000+ dollars that's right not doll hairs but dollars. What is going on with this? An what is the Healthcare system coming to. very sad and very disappointed. If anyone is thinking maybe about going to theses corporate dentest mills. I would suggest looking for a more loving and compassionate dentists that have a mom and pop shop where they actually really care about you and is willing to make a payment plan, an not a corporation looking to drain your insurance on your first visit. Stay smart and stay healthy.

My service was good. But I have been going to this office for years and I am disappointed in the cleanliness on the recent visit. The carpet is dirty and cardboard boxes sitting out in the main walkway. The waiting area was about 80 degrees so you could barely breathe and then in the back it was cool, so by the time I left I had a horrible headache from the temperature difference. When I mentioned how ridiculously hot it was she acknowledged and just said they did not know why it was. I feel the office appearance and cleanliness is suffering since the company change. With the amount of money it costs for dental care I want to feel like the office is clean.
