I had a great experience. The entire staff was fantastic, personable and amazing at what they do! I used to dread going to the dentist, but not any more! Proudly a lifetime patient.

We started going to Drs. Phalen & Bell after leaving our dentist of 30+ years when he retired. It was a seamless transition and feels like home. The staff and doctors are all super friendly, competent and make going to the dentist not so awful (this from a 65 kid that feared the dentist for many, many years).

Ok, so you can stop looking for your new Dentist because I found them for you. This is by far the best practice in Jacksonville with an amazing team. I’m not sure if they went to the School of Teeth Craft and Dentistry to make this experience so magical but you will certainly Expelliarmus your old dentist after one visit here. 10/10 would recommend to every muggle looking for a little magic in their lives. Thanks Lisa and Dr. Bell for always taking care of us!!!

Dr Hanna and his staff are excellent. They are professional and highly trained. I’ve been to oral surgeons who have complimented my dental work- all done by Dr Hanna. He and his staff are friendly and caring and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. I’ve been a patient for forty years and would recommend Dr Hanna to everyone. He really is that good!

Dr. Bell and his staff are awesome. It’s a welcoming atmosphere, a friendly staff, and a professional environment. From making my initial appointment all the way through getting checked by the dentist it was a great experience. Highly recommend.

I was a patient at Dr. Hanna’s office for about a year, and while my hygienist Lisa was always EXCELLENT at all times! my overall experience with the dentist was disappointing. After planning to leave the practice and have the rest of my permanent retainer removed by another provider, I encountered issues simply asking them to leave the remaining portion alone. Long wait times were a consistent problem, and I felt pressured to return in a way that seemed more focused on billing than addressing my actual needs. At my final visit (only to pick up my new retainers) the dentist did take another X-ray even though I clearly stated I was only there to pick up my new retainers that were ordered on a previous visit and transferred my records and X-rays to my new dentist and had paid all outstanding balances at that time so I did not understand why an additional X-ray was taken. The additional imaging felt unnecessary and dismissive of my wishes. My boundaries were not respected. While I truly appreciate my hygienist’s professionalism, I ultimately left the practice because I did not feel heard or respected by the dentist.

Super impressed with office staff - they were all friendly, kind and helpful. I received a thorough exam, cleaning, and explanation of issues that were discovered. Will definitely stay with Dr. Bell.
