I am extremely grateful for the exceptional care and experience I had today. The highly skilled surgeon and the entire staff, including the new trainee, made me feel comfortable despite being new to the facility. They took their time to understand and alleviate my anxiety. They not only showcased exceptional medical expertise but also demonstrated beautiful human qualities, such as holding my hand throughout the procedure to provide reassurance. Their professionalism and compassion made a significant difference. Thank you for your outstanding job and for being such beautiful souls.

Was able to get a next day appointment for a new patient which completely blew me away! Paulette, Anna and Dr Wallace were absolutely amazing! Paulette and Anna went above and beyond during my daughter’s appointment to tell us about what was needed. Showing us pictures, X rays and demonstrations of issues she was having and why. Giving us a much better understanding than when we walked in. 100 percent recommend Normandy Dentistry.

Service is great waiting was a little to long. Hygienist was very thorough.. The Dentist saw her for 3 minutes out of the 2 Hours i was there. Cherry at the checkout was super sweet and didn't push me to take the treatment plan. I did take it even though I can't afford it right now but my teeth are Important.

Have been coming here for about 1.5 years. Appointments are timely. Best medical office ambiance I’ve experienced. Staff polite and available (return calls/texts). Hygienist Alexis rocks!!! She’s thorough attentive, notices trends and gives feedback and she’s personable. Thank you.

Jarell was amazing. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He also ensured I was done in time to return back to work. I’ll recommend him and Normandy Lake anytime. Thanks Jarell for a great experience. Can’t wait to start my treatment plan!
