By far the nicest and knowledgeable staff there is. From start to finish and always with a smile you will feel right at home. Spectacular work and a dr that doesn't just look at you like ur just another patient. Extremely satisfied and will always highly recommend to anyone in need of teeth care 😬

Brought hubby this morning at Dr. Tien Pham for a Dental evaluations..we are pleased with the promptness and welcoming service..Equipments need updating yet still functional and are we are currently looking at their recommendations.

I was really pleased to find that this office has a very pleasant and accommodating demeanor for the most part. I do however need to state that when walking in to such a wonderful place where one is talking about a smile which is the first thing seen on a person you would expect to be greeted with such by the front desk person. Well the office manager Ms. Patricia is who did so because after I spoke to the front desk person Amanda not once but twice she (Ms. Patricia) ensured I was taken care of. Ms. Sandrika was an absolute wonder in the back very skilled and knowledgeable. She made me very comfortable. So much so that I am willing to overlook the poor customer service of the front desk just to receive her services again because I've never been so comfortable in a dentist office before until my encounter with the three of them. Ms. Patricia, Ms. Sandrika and Dr. Phamm. Thanks to them my frown is turning back into a smile. And their plans are worth it.

Patrica the office manager is exceptional. She goes above and beyond. Great customer service and the staff is friendly. Melissa is very friendly and Nia helped me when my tooth was hurting very bad. I couldn’t even take the x-ray due to the pain. Nia was very patient and kind. Great team and staff.

Lovely staff very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend if your looking for exceptional staff including Doctor for a reasonable price on top of it all pick this place I can’t say enough I am so happy I found them they are not pushy they take their time and are flexible with schedules If you don’t pick this place you have seriously lost out it is truly a Gem ❤️

Dr. Pham and the staff from front office to the treatment room are kind and helpful. They explained each step and gave my fiancée time to ask questions if needed. They were transparent about cost and coverage PRIOR to the procedure, which is extremely important. They get 5 stars from myself (also a patient here) and my partner.
