I highly recommend Dr. Aggarwal. She is very experienced, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. I have always found her to be kind, supportive, and helpful, and her team provides great customer service. I am usually a little skeptical when it comes to dentists because of some bad experiences in the past, but since I started coming here last year, my experience has been excellent. Dr. Aggarwal makes me feel comfortable, explains things clearly, and always takes good care of me. I am really glad I found such an amazing dentist. Definitely highly recommended!

Highly don’t recommend this dental office as the staff is not equipped to do their job with integrity. My first mistake was ignoring the red flag of being miscoded, as I work in dental and I am familiar with the billing process. Do yourself a favor and get familiar with your insurance if you plan on coming here! The lack of accountability and the poor excuses were a huge factor into leaving this review. I asked for my records and was told that I had to wait on "a company’s approval that can take up to 72 hours", when the approval was in fact, from the doctor and she stated my request could wait since it was not an emergency. Which is why I didn’t receive them until I was there in person, requesting them once again. The hygienists were super sweet but the front staff and doctor, again, lack accountability. They focus on what you say you’re upset about in order to repeatedly apologize after the damage is already done and not the principle of the situation. I genuinely thought I found the right private practice just to be treated and lied to the same as going to a corporate company.. HUGE disappointment! Especially when they ask what matters most to you in their new patient paperwork and my number 1 was HONESTY.. I definitely will not be back.

My entire family(husband and boys) were all seen at Cool Breeze Dentistry by Dr Niteha Aggarwal- this was by far- our best dental experience yet!She truly is the most conservative and compassionate provider of any medical profession that we have been to. From Jacky scheduling around our busy schedules to Susan explaining our treatment and cost. The girls in front were amazing! Once we reached the back Mayra was so gentle even my barely 3 yr old was able to take the needed X-rays with no tears. Then Srijana the hygienist- she didn’t talk alot(which we liked) but she was the absolute best—-ANYONE in need of a new dentist I highly recommend you give them a try! You will never want to go anywhere else!

Dr. Aggarwal and her team are extremely helpful and ready to work with you! I went in for a regular cleaning and was told I needed a filling. Dr. Aggarwal was able to get me in same day! I let her know I had a negative experience getting a filling done with my previous dentist and she was so supportive. Dr. Aggarwal made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the process before continuing with the procedure. The dental assistant even gave me a stress ball to hold during the filling in case I needed it. I’ve only had great experiences at Coolbreeze dentistry and their team is so approachable and patient!

I always look forward to my dentist appointments at Coolbreeze! Everyone is so friendly and pleasant, and they get me in and out very quickly. Dr. Aggarwal always greets me with a smile and is great at addressing my questions/concerns. Safa, one of the dental hygienists, is very engaging and makes my dental cleanings a "breeze". And even further - when I’m leaving, Susan is very helpful with insurance/payment services and such a sweetheart. If you’re looking for a new dentist office, you’ve found it!
