Traders Point Dental

Realmente mi experiencia no fue nada pero absolutamente placentera. El personal administrativo y médico fue muy amable sin embargo eso no incide para mí mala atención. Primero: llegué solo para una limpieza y sin dolor en ninguno de mis dientes. Luego de la revisión me informan que tenía una caries en un molar que derivó en una corona y un tratamiento de conducto, ello sumado a que en diente de m parte frontal es decir el número 3 tenía una descalcificación para lo cual me colocaron una brocha de un producto que supuestamente mejoraría la situación y cuyo costo fueron 100$ y nunca se aclaró el diente ni se "calcificó" Segundo: finalice mi tratamiento de conducto y al presentarme me querían colocar una corona que está más grande que el espacio disponible para ello…. Después de múltiples intentos y de querer colocarme una corona mal hecha, reclamé y admitieron que no era la indicada. Tercero : al inicio me informaron que necesitaba una limpieza profunda pero nunca hubo cupo…… solo para colocar la corona Cuarto: en vista de todo lo acontecido, decidí acudir a otro odontólogo y resulta que tenía más caries de las cuales nunca me informaron. Quinto: Sobre la descalcificación, no había nada de eso, al hacerme la limpieza fue eliminada. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto…. No hubo probidad en el trabajo, se acabó mi cobertura médica y solo le limitaron a colocar una corona.

They are amazing here. I havent met a staff member i dont like. Lol. They are very polite and knowledgeable. The place is so vibrant. The check in and wait it not bad compared to where i came from. I love them. They had a deal on invisalign and I took part and it has been great service ever since. My smile is awesome.

I’ve been coming here for the past year after a friend recommended it to me, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. My previous dental office in Indy wasn’t very thorough with cleanings, which is what prompted me to make the switch—and I’m so glad I did. The entire staff is very friendly, and both the exams and cleanings are done thoroughly and with great attention to detail. Even though I moved to the Greenwood area this past year, I still make the drive up to Traders Point because I’m so happy with the level of care they provide. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re looking for a great dentist!

I have always hated to go to the dentist even when I was a child. My experiences today was great. Very nice staff, and the doctor was so friendly. I just love great service. I will return for my next visit. Thank you Trader Point Dental!

Been going on and off for years. Recommended my whole family. Absolutely love the environment, staff and head dentist. They love kids and wouldn't want any other dentist!!

I am a new patient, I had an issue with a tooth they got me in quickly. I was overwhelmingly impressed with how kind and helpful they were. I have my next appointment the first part of January, I have found my new dentist office for the future! Highly recommend

My experience was awesome… this being my first time back since Kwon retired… I’ll admit I was worried… you never know how business is going to be handled after an amazing staff and doctor have been your "all" since forever.. the relationships and Kwon ran a very tight ship but he was effective and honest I developed relationships and accomplished denial goals I never knew I could! Kwon helped me smile again! So my first time back was extremely amazing! The hygienist was gentle and friendly… the lady who did my scan was sweet and kind… and most of all the dentist… he came in young and vibrant…. I absolutely enjoyed him…we talked about my history of being apart of the traders point clientele, we talked about 7brew…. And he even took the time to talk about my future dreams when it comes to my smile… I was so impressed…. He instructed the assistant to pull up a website to show me pros and cons of my matter…. It really made me think about it more.. it also solidified that Traders Point Dental is a stand up office and they want the best for you! Shout out to Kwon for nurturing such a place and shout out to the current team who is holding on to vision that was created with integrity … Thank you all. !
