Neither the Dentist, nor the hygienist care about being gentle. Every visit was painful, and when I did complain (In a very polite way), the dentist blamed me for not having them cleaned often enough. No apology! I've NEVER had a painful cleaning anywhere else! S Ego shouldn't play a factor in the care you give to your patients. Apologize, then do better. Don't shame your patients, because you can't accept criticism. Also, it should be noted that whenever I've had an appointment when they first open, the ENTIRE staff arrives late (they just casually float in one at a time), and have kept me waiting for upwards 20+ minutes past my appointment with zero communication or apologies. One visit, I had to wait in my car 10 minutes past their opening time for their receptionist to get herself together in her car and open the office up. She even saw me and took her time. I have always been kind and polite and never made a fuss, but no more. I just won't be returning. It's gross in there anyways. SMH

Actually had alot of extractions today...The Dentist office I went to prior left a bad taste..Coming here restored my faith for sure..The head lady Dr.Esther,was so great..she was working on me with real concern about my pain ,while minimizing it , and at the same time she was patiently teaching a trainee who seemed to be having a little difficulty..She was doing her thang for sure..This Queen is a God send to the field and sent this client home very satisfied...GRATITUDE

Came here because of great review and had a decent enough experience in my first few appointments. My last few were not so good. I felt ignored about the jaw pain I was having and did not get thorough care instructions or any further treatment after bringing it up in multiple appointments. My last appointment was really rushed, they tried to give me a service that I requested not to get in the prior appointment and did not schedule for. Then to top it off, I was splashed with water all over my face and shirt multiple times with no acknowledgment by the hygienist and my gums were being so aggressively being poked and prodded that I was wincing at the pokes in pain, again with no acknowledgement by the hygienist. (I know that this part of a cleaning is often uncomfortable but I had never had a cleaning so painful and I did not have issues with my teeth and dental health that warranted that aggression)

If I could rate 10 stars I would. I went here as a teenager and now as an adult. The new dentist, Dr. Lina is absolutely phenomenal. One day I came and she was trimming the bushes. She puts a lot of work in to make sure her patients feel welcomed. All of the other staff members are patient and courteous. Best dental office in Indianapolis 🙂

I was very pleased with the care I received, Dr Lina is very kind and professional. She seems to go above and beyond to make sure everything is just right, I really appreciate the hard work and kindness that was shown at my recent appointments. I have recommended Dr Lina to several of my family and friends and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist you can trust. Thank you again for the great service!

I have been coming here for years! I love all the kind staff. Dr Lina is very knowledgeable and comforting. She took the time to explain what the dental implant procedure would be like and the final result is GREAT!

The best experience I've had getting a crown. I've had many crowns through and was pleased with the process, it was efficient and gentle. Dr Ester is the best a 5 star. Her team is rated the same.
