This was my first visit, pleasant experience. My wait time was within 5 mins of scheduled appointment. Dr. Kasie and associates were thorough, concise, polite and provided details of visit in a comprehensive manner.

I’ve been a patient at this office since earlier this year and tried to maintain consistent cleanings and follow-ups. Today, I called to schedule an appointment after getting my braces removed. I simply needed a cleaning and evaluation for a tooth that was covered by a band and may need attention. The front desk experience I had today was disappointing. The person I spoke with was noticeably passive-aggressive, dismissive, and didn’t seem interested in helping me understand my options. I was willing to pay out of pocket if insurance wouldn’t cover another cleaning yet, but instead of being met with guidance, I felt talked down to and brushed off. The saddest part is I haven't even been a patient at this location for a whole year yet and this is already the 2nd time i've been met with passive aggressive tones from someone in their front office staff. Being a patient, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. Dental care is personal, and the tone and attitude during communication matters. I’m sharing this in hopes that the office takes a closer look at how patients are spoken to on the phone, because the clinical care is good, but the customer service can make or break a patient’s experience. At this point, I will be seeking care with a dental office where I feel respected and supported.

This practice is absolutely amazing! Not only did I receive exceptional care, but when I was out of the country, the staff was very willing to send my records to my new dentist. It was a complicated process, and they were so happy to help. Every staff member in this practice is kind and helpful.

Everyone was so good with my daughter with her first dental experience. She was so anxious but when we left she said she couldn’t wait to go back! Making a delightful experience for a small child is really special and I’m so grateful.

As always, the best Dentist and office to go when you need overall family care. They are very professional and consistent with their services and your dental needs.

Both dentists are great. I had a problem grinding my teeth and some dental phobia. Within a couple months and two crowns later, I am pain free. Waiting on my night guard now.

I’ve been coming here since I believe 2019. Customer service has dramatically gone down. When I started coming , I feel like her patient base was not as large and she really spent time with her patients, was honest about my oral health, and overall the office was friendly and patient centered. I recommended my previous boss and two other family friend families to her who are now all patients of hers. Over time, the front desk staff customer service went downhill, not as polite in communication, and the doctor seems rushed my last 2 visits. Rude about a $50 cancel fee or something. Idk. I let it go because she has always appeared to be a good doctor to me. Fast forward I went almost like 18 months ish without seening a dentist due to being a new mom, in grad school, tired, barely have time for anything. And the last couple of years you can’t get an apt for months out because their practice has grown. Fast forward, I went on FMLA and had some downtime and was like we need to get in like now. And we can’t wait for months so we all went to a new doctor within a week of each other because I couldn’t wait months out. Now all of a sudden, my husband who likes the white strips I used to get from Broad Ripple (we can order directly from the website but it’s easier to just pick up), they tell him that we are no longer patients there since we saw a different doctor (who could get us in within a week and Broad Ripple doesn’t have availability for months, even though I’ve been going there since like 2019). lol so you’re only considered a patient if the most recent cleaning was done through them. Even though my husband was just in there like 6 months ago. So Broad Ripple just writes off people as cancelled patients just because they saw another provider? So you all don’t care about the oral health of your patients, you only care about if they show extreme loyalty by them delayed care due to a schedule where patients can’t get in for awhile. I literally didn’t see my dermatologist for 3 years because I order my acne medication online until I had a mole on my back and they still consider me a patient of theirs. So I find that bizarre how they communicate and treat others. So from the downhill vibes of the front desk and poor follow up communication, rushed appointments the last couple of visits and now weird energy about us being ‘patients’, I would probably suggest a different place who prioritizes customer service, communication and patient centered care a little more.
