The Augusta Dental Office is the Best! They honor their Appointment Times & don’t keep you waiting; their Staff treats you like a "Regular" & makes you feel "Welcome"; Dr. Ford is Kind, Professional, & Truly Great at her Craft! The place is Clean, with light, soothing music playing in the background, & plenty of room for Parking outside. It’s a Dentist Office that has Kids & Adults actually Smiling when they leave. I recommend it for All!

I came here to get my teeth cleaned and paid cash. I told them what i was expecting to pay compared to other dentist offices ive been to. If they couldn't accommodate my price I would've been ok going somewhere else. They didnt want to give me a price beforehand and proceeded to give me care. No one there was on the same page. They charged me way over what I was expecting. They cleaned me up great but they definitely gona squeeze as much as they can out of you.

I finally found a dentist that I’m please with. They were so professional and the young lady introduced herself and she made me feel so comfortable. She asked me questions about me and that made me feel good. The staff was friendly and professional. The dentist was awesome. She came in and looked in my mouth and explained every detail as to what she saw and what she hopes to do if my insurance will cover it. They were awesome and the place was clean and nicely decorated. I recommended my daughter to them. The last visit to Augusta I knew I wasn’t going back there . The assistant who was a young guy was moving like a sloth like he didn’t wanna work or be there. People just don’t know how your customers really pay attention to all the details atleast I do.

I had a filling done over a year ago and had extreme hot/cold sensitivity ever since. Despite going back for a follow-up and x-rays, the dentist said that it was fine. The office wouldn't allow me to see the other dentist in the office. She instead suggested to put me on pain medication and to wait. They put me in an extremely uncomfortable situation. Thankfully, I found a new dentist who was able to re-do my filling and was appalled by the laziness and poor quality of her work.

Never judge this dental office by it appearance only, maybe it's not a fancy place but the DRs there are so Professional, Dr Ford is an amazing person and she know exactly what she's doing, I had the best dental experience here and will recommend this place to anyone.

without dental insurance the price is very high. i asked the nurse over the phone about the price of a tooth extraction and she told me that the price of x-ray is $104 and for tooth extraction is decided by the doctor. and the tooth that hurts me was worn out ,so the final price was very high $281, unfortunately the service does not match the price.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Both Dr Ford and Dr Bazilio explain things thoroughly and do an overall outstanding job. Would 100% recommend for both routine and emergency dental needs.
