I just wanted to thank Dr. Pig and his team for taking such good care of me. I misread the time for my appt and missed it - but they kindly got me rescheduled ASAP, but what impressed me most was this... Caroline called to ask if I was missing my appointment. I told her my appointment was at 1:00. She said they had me down for 10:00. Sure enough! when I looked at my text confirmation, I had confirmed 10:00. Caroline had every opportunity to "be right" and point out that the correct time was confirmed by me in writing - and that I had made a mistake, not them. But she didn't do anything of the kind. She just worked to get me rescheduled. Looking back, I just found that to be great patient care. She chose to be helpful instead of being right.

I have been going to Dr. "Pig" for over 10 years. He and his staff are very professional and make you feel extremely comfortable and at ease. He never tries to sell you on something you don't need nor want but will definitely provide you with the latest proven dental procedures and products. They have provided me and my family great dental care and the hygienists are excellent, efficient and nice.
