The whole staff was great. Dianne and Judy in the front office are so welcoming. Arturo also was so kind. Walked me through the entire process of what was going to happen with my procedure. Dr Farsi was the absolute best! He was so gentle during my root canal. Lately I received a follow up call two days after my procedure to see how I was feeling. That has never happened before. What a great staff!

Everyone here was incredible! My husband was having a lot of pain and ended up needing a root canal. Judy was so caring and explained everything to us. She was able to get my husband in right away and work with his work schedule. Dr Farsio really took care of him and gave him the time and explained everything that was going on. My husband said "I have never been so well taken care of before this place was so kind to me." It was such a relief finding this place, getting the care he needed!

This office has an exceptional and friendly staff,the level of care and service far exceeded my expectations. I had been dealing with years of pain from an old root canal done at another office. Not only were they able to save my tooth and help me avoid an implant, but I am now completely pain-free. The facility and equipment are very high-tech, which gave me a great sense of confidence throughout my procedures. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone in need of endodontic care.

Dr Farsio and his assistant and all his team ( Dianne and Victoria) is great!! Before, during, and after the operation, the entire team closely followed up to make sure everything was going well, ensuring that I had a very comfortable and smooth experience. They patiently answered all of my questions and provided clear guidance throughout the process. From start to finish, they were by my side—preparing me for the operation, ensuring everything went smoothly, and continuing to check in afterward to make sure everything was on track. Dr. Farsio, and his office, are always a great experience. They are friendly, efficient, and make sure to see you in a timely manner. Dr. Farsio is very skilled and does a great job. He has been treating me , family members, and friends, the last few years now. They are very honest and will turn you down for a root canal if that's not what you truly need. They now have Saturday appointments too. I highly recommend Dr. Farsio.

Excellent customer service and professionalism provided by Diane. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. She correctly and error made by another staff member very promptly.
