I had my first visit at Pearland Family Dentistry at the recommendation of a few friends. It was a lovely experience from reception, extra tech, Sarah the hygienist and Dr Puckett. Everyone was very friendly and patient with my fear of the dental chair. At the end of the visit, the cost of recommend dental work was well explained and they offered great payment options. Highly recommend based on this first visit.

I’ve had two visits with Pearland Family Dentistry now, and both experiences were outstanding. Dr. K was amazing—very confident and knowledgeable, which immediately put me at ease. She’s fast, efficient, and still incredibly considerate throughout the entire procedure. Elizabeth was fantastic during my initial visit. She was incredibly meticulous, detail-oriented, and genuinely caring. You can tell she truly wants everything to be perfect for the patient and is more than willing to take the time—even when things are tedious—to make sure it’s done right. I returned a couple of days later (due to my own mistake in not fully following post-procedure instructions), and I had the pleasure of working with Diana. She was just as attentive, patient, and detail-focused, which really showed me that this level of care isn’t just from one individual—it’s the standard across the entire practice. Both Elizabeth and Diana were focused on what was best for me as the patient, no matter how repetitive or tedious it might have been. Overall, this is a fantastic team that truly cares about their patients and the quality of their work. I highly recommend Pearland Family Dentistry.

It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist. I was extremely nervous but Pearland Family Dentistry was amazing. They made sure I was comfortable and came up with a plan to get my teeth back to great health.

After coming here for several years with my family and I,we have decided to end our services where we are no longer wanted. Dr. Puckett has no empathy, integrity, and no compassion. After missing my appointment for 7 minute delay and explaining that it was not fair it got cancel, causing it to get rescheduled and leaving me with another day of tooth pain. Not to consider missing work hours. Dr. Puckett with an impolitely and condescending tone said: so you blame us for having a bad day and not making it ? That’s why you should arrived earlier???!!! I also told him about how it takes 1-3 months to reschedule an appointment. He answer: Well that tells you how good we are. Oh wow! The nervous he had and the fact that he didn’t listed to a single word I said. He just deciding to walk off on me, without seeing me. He has demonstrated his true face ,how he has no compassion and integrity.

Always a pleasure going to Pearland Family Dentistry! You get greeted with a smile and sweet energy from the front desk every time! Followed by excellent service from the team in the back as well! Doctor Puckett is the best dentist I’ve even been too. He’s very genuine and truly cares about his patients well being! I’d highly recommend anyone to make them your new family dentist!

Pearland Dentistry team is awesome!! The Finance team as well(very detailed). Everyone i’ve encountered professionalism has been on point. I’ve been having a few different issues and each time i have had work done i’m pleased with the outcome. Dr.Puckett and Dr. Barron, I’ve see both and they’re great!! Saw my issues and got it all taken care of! (if your lucky you might get some laughs in b/f the actual dental work starts LOL) Follow-ups are done after any procedures no matter what you were seen for! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thnx for everything keep that same energy Pearland Family Dentistry
