LA DENTAL II

I have been coming here for a while and never had any issues, but last visit i switch insurance and had confirmed with the receptionist if they took my new insurance she said yes. A week before they also called me to ask for my new insurance DID NOT tell me it was OUT OF NETWORK. I did not question anything since I saw in the lobby they show a list of insurances and Cigna was listed. I left the office with no issues, but now i have a bill for 345 dollars and they are telling me it was out of network. No one confirmed with me or told me it would be out of network or else i would have found a provider that was in network. **Management reached out to clarify insurance issue!

Super friendly staff and a great vibe overall! My mother usually get nervous about going to the dentist, but they made her feel totally at ease. The staff was so attentive to explained everything clearly, and didn’t rush through anything. The office is really clean and modern too. Definitely coming back!

Dr. Thomas La has been my dentist for about four years now, and I can’t recommend him enough. The staff is always very kind and thorough in their work. I also love the location because I can finish my treatment and then treat myself to something yummy in the area. I really appreciate their follow-up calls reminding me to schedule my cleanings; it's incredibly helpful. They offer a variety of specialties in their office, and overall, it’s just a great dental practice. I would recommend them with my eyes closed. They are so amazing. I loved how they treated my kids and they took really good care of some of the cavities they had. My teeth feel amazing after that clean as well. Thank you guys so much for all of your efforts and just being so nice.💕

Took great care of me during root canal service . Helpful with any questions & concerns I had after. Also amazing with my daughter and performing her yearly cleaning .

Dr. Thomas is the best. Great bedside manner and always takes care of me. Staff is very friendly and kind. They always remind me to schedule cleanings and appointment reminders. Definitely recommend!

I used to go here as a child until my 20s, but recently they have really been money hungry. I found out that Dr. La retired so he left the management to the nurses and manager. They only take insurance and cash. They got rid of carecredit, savings card and all other programs. They made it harder for returning patients who can't afford insurance. The quality has dropped since the management changed. Why get yourself listing on different platforms then give service and then said they don't accept whatever it was they agreed to before the service. The manager even tried to upsell my mom despite us rejecting the offer many times. I fell it is rude to bypass the payer to sell an extra service.
