My first visit here was last September. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and I was glad that they were able to accommodate my schedule. They are close to where I live, so that was a huge plus. I felt like the dentist did an excellent job, so I knew I would return for the next visit. I had an appointment last month for a cleaning and routine checkup. The dentist must have been in a rush because she did not clean all my teeth. I have received many cleanings over the years, and I know how it feels when it is complete cleaning. Also, she did not polish or floss my teeth. Those services are part of the cleaning of your teeth. She cleaned a few teeth, and then the dental hygienist handed me a cup to rinse out my mouth. She did not even stick around to ask if I had any questions, I had no idea that she left. This was horrible service, and I will not be returning.

I lost my partial denture! I could not find it! I contacted this clinic, they said they would contact the lab to see if the lab could expedite the order for my partial denture. An hour later, they called me back to go to their office right away to measure the molds for my teeth, so they could send them to the lab. They told me that I would have my partial denture on Dec 30. We should understand that at this time of the year (Dec 20), everything is not easy to get it done, since everyone is almost on holidays! Dr. Tuấn, and the front desk lady Lành tried their best to help me to get my partial denture done before NewYear. 👌👍 5 stars *****

Great place! Dr.Tram Bui, is very cool and nice! The staff is awesome cool! My brother Chris and my parents recommend me to this place to get a crown!

I haven't been to see Dr. Tuan in over a year because of other health issues. I am going back in a couple weeks for a check up. I KNOW I can trust the doctor here at Hi Tech. I will not see anyone else. Once you go here you will not go anywhere else. Great people and a fantastic dentist.
