They are proactive in making recommendations for dental services before the problem gets too bad and do everything to work with you regarding the ever-changing insurance coverage shenanigans. Quick and easy, and they get the job done..

I was a patient at Aria Dental for more than 10 years, making the long drive (my house and office are far away) because I genuinely appreciated two things: Dr. Guo's skill and a specific hygienist who always spent the extra time to clean my teeth thoroughly. Unfortunately, my loyalty has run out. My recent appointment was a disaster in time management. I waited 30 minutes outside after arriving early, then sat in the patient room for another 24 minutes before the dentist finally arrived. The worst part? After waiting nearly an hour, the entire cleaning was rushed and finished in at most 11 minutes. It's clear to me now that Aria Dental's current level of service does not justify spending one hour just to drive there. It's time to move on.
