Shades Creek Dental

I’ve been going to this dentist for about 5 years now and they’ve always been great, but my most recent experience is what led me to write this review. My husband (also a patient) had extreme jaw pain all night long right before we were supposed to leave on a trip. I called Shades Creek the morning of our trip and they were able to squeeze him in for what led to be a root canal. They worked so quickly and did everything they could to get us out for our vacation as quickly as possible. Such a sweet and excellent team! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Macbeth is the best dentist I’ve had in my 57 years. He has the latest technology, and a modern office environment. He has excellent interpersonal skills and makes you feel very comfortable with your treatment plan. He has a very professional and talented staff (shout out to Camden, Shanna and Tiffany who have been great on each of my visits).

Super friendly and caring staff! They are so helpful when it comes to patients with dental anxiety. I had to have a root canal and crown procedure and I experienced no pain or problems! Then when my crown randomly broke 3.5 years later I went in to get it replaced and to my surprise it was under a warranty and it was at zero cost to me, such a blessing! Highly recommend!

Everyone I encountered in the office was absolutely wonderful. My hygienist, Tiffany, not only thoroughly explained each procedure but was incredibly kind and funny. Everyone made me feel exceptionally comfortable. The office is remarkably clean and they spared no expense on the most up to date equipment. I HIGHLY recommend the practice.

Easy making appointment as a new patient. Short wait period. Friendly staff. Very thorough cleaning and explanation of what’s being done. Dentist came in and came up with a game plan to repair trouble spots. Checkout was easy and their knowledge of insurance was great. Very good experience.

Dr. Macbeth and staff are very skilled, kind and caring people. So pleased with the skill level of each staff member. Dr. Macbeth is a good communicator and Dentist. Great practice.
