First time visiting and had a great experience with my hygienist Ashley and Dr. Patel. I appreciated how thorough they were. Also love the greeter!

Dr. Patel and Ashley are kind, professional, and always take the time to educate and explain things to me. I always leave the office informed and happy with the service I received. In the past, I have needed a crown and multiple filings and they have always provided high quality work. Appointments are easy to make and the front desk staff is friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Mountain West Family Dentistry is one of the BEST dental offices I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and do their jobs well. They do everything they can to ensure your visit is pleasant. Even getting a Novocaine shot is not a painful event. The dentist, Dr. Patel, ensures your gum area is numb before gently giving the shot. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I have had very bad anxiety about going to the dentist since I was young. Today I realized I’ve had some very bad dentists and hygienists. My first visit to Mountain West Family Dentistry was today. I’m 47 and today is the day I learned what real dentistry is all about. Athena, Therese and Dr. Patel deserve all my gratitude and appreciation. They treated me kindly, cared and did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable. Today was the best visit to a dentist that I’ve ever had and I’ll be going back without worry for my next visit. This alone is an incredible gift to have been given by the Mountain West Dentistry Team.

If you're looking for a dental practice that puts your health, comfort, and financial security first, this is the place! I have terrible health anxiety in general and put off going to the dentist for way too long. But Dr. Patel and his team are so gentle, compassionate, and non-judgmental and now I have years' worth of neglected issues taken care of, and I have worlds more confidence and peace of mind with my teeth. I finally had a wisdom tooth removed after years of dreading it, and it was over before I ever realized the procedure had started. Completely painless. Not only that, but everyone on the team is extremely kind and knowledgeable and I've always felt very well informed about what each appointment would entail and my options for both medical and financial choices. The staff has always been very accommodating when it comes to working within my schedule and finances. Dr. Patel even identified that I have sleep apnea, something my primary care doctors never noticed. Now I have a sleep appliance through Mountain West and am getting better sleep than I have in years. I really can't recommend this practice enough!

I'm a relative newcomer to Mountain West, having been with them 2 or 3 years or so. Every visit is a pleasure, from the receptionist to the hygienist team to the doctor(s). They are very interested in the care, upkeep, and well being of my teeth and gums, and always apprise me of improvements to be made to my self-care, or procedures I might consider down the road to avoid big problems. I'd recommend this practice to anyone.
