Harmony has done a great job for our family for years now. Unfortunately, on 5/17/26, they decided to stop accepting PPO plans. This is going to negatively affect a lot of families who cannot afford to pay for a Premier plan. Receptionist claims they "sent an email to everyone", but I believe more is needed here. When a business decides to discontinue an insurance plan that has been accepted for years, more effective communication is needed than just an email. Contacting the families directly who are on a PPO plan, informing them of the change would be much more appropriate. Hoping this review serves to get some attention for Harmony to reconsider their decision to stop accepting PPO plans. Anyone else tired of local businesses caving to health insurance companies' attempt to price families out of quality health care?

They were extremely kind at the front desk and took the time to verify my health insurance. And the dental assistant and dentist were very professional kind and quick. Each person we encountered were great with my 5 year old! Highly recommend!

Our daughter went in for surgery today. The team from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Shout to Tabatha for everything she did to make it comfortable for our daughter and us. Hands down the best peds office!

I don’t have much to say, but Harmony Pediatric Dentistry is the best. They provide a perfect solution for my children’s teeth. I strongly recommend it to parents.

The hygienists here are all excellent - they are patient with kids, kind, and take their time to make kids comfortable. Our most recent appointments were with Dr. Patel, who is absolutely wonderful. He’s quiet and gentle and works hard to engage the kids. My 7yo has a lot of anxiety around doctor appointments, and Dr. Patel took extra time to chat with him and make him comfortable. He has a great bedside manner with kids. We’ve also had great appointments with Dr. Shirley, so you can’t really go wrong. One star off for some issues we’ve had with scheduling - namely, we were scheduled for an appointment for both kids last year and showed up to find the office closed. We had received multiple text reminders to confirm the appointment. When I called and spoke to the front desk staff and manager, the claimed they had left me a voicemail to reschedule prior to the appointment - but I most definitely never received a call from them, let alone a voicemail. They didn’t take responsibility for the error, and it was a very frustrating experience with a kid who has severe anxiety about doctors to begin with. Aside from that, however, we’ve been happy with Harmony.

We had a great first visit today! The place is clean, modern and nicely decorated. The stuff is friendly and helpful. We never felt rushed, in fact doctor Tee took a long time in explaining everything in detail and listening to our concerns. My 6 years old enjoyed chitchatting with the friendly hygienist and she came home telling us that she had the best day ever at the dentist. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend this clinic!
