We had a very frustrating experience with this orthodontist office. Before starting we were told to pay cash upfront with the understanding that our insurance company would reimburse us directly afterward. The office made it sound routine and assured us everything would work out. After paying out of pocket, we later found out the insurance reimbursement situation was not nearly as straightforward as they implied. Communication became inconsistent, and we felt like the financial details were not fully explained ahead of time. What was presented initially ended up feeling like a bait-and-switch situation once payment had already been made. The actual orthodontic care may be fine, but families deserve complete transparency about insurance, billing, and reimbursement before committing to expensive treatment plans. We would have made different decisions if the process had been honestly explained from the beginning.

I have both kids in treatment and it is great. The staff is always super helpful and willing to help me and adjust to crazy schedules. The quality of treatment is also wonderful, kids are moving along quickly with great results! And seeing the drs Dog in the office is always an added plus 🌟
