Amazing place. Everyone moved quickly, clearly stated options after initial X-rays, and seemed totally professional with a great degree of knowledge. The dental tech quickly altered her routine when I had trouble with the X-ray sensor. I had no pain during the root canal. Written instructions were given to me and then explained in detail. A follow up call was made a few days later to see if I was experiencing any problems. Great people, great place, though I'd prefer my teeth to stay healthy.

Referred by my general dentist to Dr. Vaughn for a retreat on an old root canal that had started causing problems. Dr. Vaughn’s office got me in within four days for a consult and scheduled the retreat for the following week, which I really appreciated. On both visits, everyone from the front desk to the assistant in back was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. At the consult, Dr. Vaughn took the time to clearly explain what was going on with the tooth, what the treatment options were, and what to expect moving forward. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and in a way that was easy to understand. On treatment day, the procedure went very smoothly and was completed far quicker than I expected. Dr. Vaughn was calm, efficient, and clearly very experienced. I felt well cared for throughout the entire process. Excellent experience overall and I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Vaughn and his team to anyone needing endodontic treatment.

Staff was very nice and professional. They made sure I was comfortable and were excellent with communication. Dr. Vaughan did fantastic work on my tooth, was also very kind and gentle.

No one wants a root canal. But if I had to do it again I'd come back here. Dr Vaughn was amazing at his craft and made me feel safe through the whole process of it. Every other aspect of the experience was equally as good, from the desk to the x-rays and prep for the procedure. All fees were clearly explained up front and never once did I have the feeling I wasn't in great hands through it all. Everybody there truly cares and it showed!

The Endodontic Specialty group is top notch. I made my initial appointment the office manager gave me every detail of what to expect and was super helpful prior to arrival. On my treatment day all of the staff was very professional making my not so great procedure less stressful. Dr Vaughan explained my process in detail showed me my X-rays and was able to complete my root canal that same day. Overall I would most definitely refer this office to anyone who is needing this type of procedure and to anyone who is a little nervous at the dentist.

You don’t usually associate comfort with a dental appointment but this group made me feel very comfortable. All my options were clearly explained. No pressure sales. Just really nice people who were straight up doing their level best. This was my second visit for a root canal. Highly recommended!

Doctor Tembre Delong took the time to explain the X-rays and the likelihood that the root canal will most likely be successful. She is very knowledgeable and explained the procedure in understandable terms. Would definitely recommend Endodontic Specialty Group for root canal procedures.
