La verdad vengo tan molesta por que me hicieron llenar todos los papeles que se tienen que llenar luego me dijeron que me sentara asta el fondo con mi niña de 12 y mi bebé 3 años yo tengo poco tiempo de a verme mudado a este estado no conozco a nadie no tengo familia para dejar a mis hijos con alguien mi bebé tiene una discapacidad me llaman para pasar al cuarto donde me iban hacer la limpieza luego llega la secretaria para decirme que no me podían atender por que el bebé está llorando y lo que él estaba haciendo era sonriendo me hicieron perder mi tiempo y me faltaron el respeto hacía mi hijo yo me pregunto ninguna de las personas que trabajan ahí tienen hijos para que se comporten de esa manera 😡😡😡😡por que no me dijeron eso cuando entre que no me podían atender fue lo peor que e pasado por nada del mundo recomendaría ese lugar párese que lo des criminan a uno ellos te hacen firmar un papel donde dice que si faltas a la cita tienes que pagar 130 y lo que yo pedir en mis horas de trabajo donde están mal servicio 😠😠

I'm telling you, Mr. Cooper is the man when it comes to cleaning your teeth and getting things together. I've been very professional. He know his job. The staff is good. Everybody in there is professional i love the whole staff.So if you're looking for a good dentist offers to go to. J selig Cooper DDS PA never had a problem

Absolutely terrible experience. I stayed with this practice for years while trying to find a new dentist. The office feels extremely money driven. I had bonding done on a tooth that was poorly performed, and when it failed, the dentist attempted to blame me even though his work clearly made the issue worse. I was told my tooth was going to fall out and was pressured to pay immediately for a crown. I sought a second opinion, and another dentist confirmed that the bonding was done poorly and that my tooth looked terrible as a result of the work performed. I was also told that a crown was not the immediate or necessary treatment. The dental assistants were consistently kind, but cleanings were often painful. The waiting room is dark and uninviting, and scheduling appointments was unpleasant due to rude and dismissive front desk staff. As someone who works in the healthcare field, I am relieved that I no longer have to receive care from this practice and would not recommend it to others.

Update: I was finally able to receive my refund I used to be ok with the practice until they overcharged me for services and gave me a complete run around for refunding me. If you get work from them, dont pay out of pocket! Let your insurance pay first! Its been over a month and im still hearing " we’ve been out of office" and "this will be sent back for review". I would just like to have my money thats owed to me and no I dont want to use it for a future service!

Our family and I have had a difficult time finding a provider who accepted our insurance and provided excellent care. From the moment we spoke with Pam to book our appointments, she treated us with dignity and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. She clearly set expectations for what the experience would be like and was able to schedule us promptly for new patient appointments so as not to interfere with the start of school. Upon arrival on appointment day, both the exterior and interior of the office were tidy, and the check-in process was seamless. Each staff member greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. Dr. Cooper was extremely knowledgeable and had a wonderful bedside manner. His treatment plan and recommendations were spot-on, and we look forward to returning in the upcoming week with our daughter. We highly recommend the office of Dr. J. Selig Cooper for all your dental needs.
