AVOID THIS CLINIC. Terrible customer service. I went in for a simple annual cleaning and check up. I was "in network" with my insurance and I told them when scheduling I only wanted services that were included with my free annual check up. Well, sure enough, Greeley Dental Health crammed some extra charges on there that weren't covered by insurance. At a normal business, you could talk to someone and hopefully get this resolved. Not at Greeley Dental Health. They provide you with an unmanned phone number where you can only leave voicemails that they will never return. If you call the front desk, they refer you to the same voicemail number. Rather than talk this through to resolve a minor billing issue, their strategy was to send me weekly automated calls, texts, and emails to let me know I had an outstanding balance. Bottom line, they showed they would rather play hard ball over a billing error, than even talk to one of their patients. They'd rather send a $100 balance to collections than keep an existing patient. I cancelled all appointments for myself and my family. AVOID THIS CLINIC

Friendly receptionist, and great Hygenist. My concerns were taken seriously and she made me feel comfortable. I am a new patient, very attached to my previous dentist office but everyone made my first visit a positive experience.

I had my teeth cleaned today by an incredible hygienist. She was careful not to hurt, checked in with me constantly to ensure I was comfortable and did an outstanding job! I would highly recommend this place!

Very considerate of my comfort through the procedure. All the dentists I’ve had are very professional and explain the plan of care necessary for my dental health. Wish the staff would wear name tags, because with the masks on, I’m never quite sure who is who. And the only real negative is that between their billing and our insurance, payments are never clear. Would appreciate checking with insurance before doing extras, like panorama X-ray.

I love the Staff and level of service at Greeley Dental Health! I’m always treated with kindness and care, the staff, dentist, and hygienist all genuinely care for your health and will do what they can to help you out if you’re in trouble. 10/10 recommend if you need a trusted place! I used to worked in the dental field and can say these folks are highly liked!

I went in for my teeth cleaning. I have to go in for a periodontal care.. The technician she is very knowledgeable very gentle has a great sense of humor and I had a really good experience. Plus I got a gold star because I did better on my teeth this last time. Make a Make an appointment at Greeley Dental Health. You will not be disappointed

I just got done with another visit, and another fantastic experience. Everyone here is just terrific and of course the usual suspects, Amber at the front desk and my hygienist Christie, were just super. Thanks so much, everyone!
