Es una porquería de dentista ase un mes me isieron una indododonsia y lo que me pusieron se calló ase una semana y no me quisieron aser válida ninguna garanitia cuidado con eso tengan cuidado de traer a sus hijos y familia

I’ve been a patient at Dental Associates of West Michigan for over a year now, and the difference between them and my previous dentist is night and day! The entire team is incredibly well-trained, professional, and genuinely kind. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I leave every single visit feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend

My visit went very well. I had my previous dental office send over my X-rays, but the new office had a few questions and were unable to reach my prior dentist. They reassured me that if my insurance did not cover taking new X-rays, they would not charge me for them, which I truly appreciated. Throughout the visit I was treated with care and respect. The dentist was very upfront and honest, took the time to explain what he was seeing, and discussed the direction he would recommend for my dental care. He also made it clear that the final decision was mine, and there was absolutely no pressure. I left feeling very comfortable with the care I received and grateful for how professionally and kindly I was treated.

Went here for years. Hygienists are great. Had a bad experience with the dentist, Conlan. Went in SEVERAL times due to a root canal/crowned tooth not feeling great. He told me to floss more (I’m an avid flosser). Turns out root was fractured, causing a severe infection resulting in $6k of oral surgery, antibiotics and now an implant needed. Avoid this place. I enjoy having Anna as my hygienist! Everytime I go in for a cleaning I feel like I'm seeing a friend! 😊 She is such a wonderful person, and does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and explaining what she's doing and why. She always does her best to answer any of my questions I have for her. I tell her all the time that she's not allowed to leave. I would be very sad if she ever left! Thank you Anna!! 😊
