Seneca Dental Care - Dr. Erica Ford DDS FAGD

Dr. Erica Ford has been great. I lost trust in my last dentist, Dr. Chittamuri. Dr. Ford is not a salesperson telling you that you need implants and Invisalign on every visit!! That comes in time, and is the patients decision. I knew I needed a deep cleaning, but needed to hear it from a new dentist, not from someone I felt was just after insurance money and not caring for me. Dr. Ford clearly cares, doesn’t judge, and is honest about what needs to be done. I’m very happy to have found her and I highly recommend her! Jeff is wonderful at the front desk, as well as the rest of her staff! Including Flynn, her cute office dog! I was anxious having work done, and Flynn calmed my nerves with a kiss and letting me pet him.

My entire family started seeing Dr. Ford, and her entire office has been amazing getting my (then) 2 and 5 year old comfortable seeing the dentist. I had some questions about sensitive gums and also Invisalign, and Dr. Ford took her time explaining things to me but wasn't pushing me into extra services.

I’ve never been here before but I had made an apt through zoc doc for May 4th at 3:00pm unfortunately something came up and on May 2nd (which is over 48 hours notice) I rescheduled through Zocdoc. I received a confirmation an everything assuming I did my part and that was it. I received a call on May 2nd and the lady had attitude from the start, I explained that I rescheduled and that I was sorry for any issues but it was definitely on zoc doc having a technical issue. I’m only making a review because when I picked up I put it on speaker and the people that were with me said she was really disrespectful to me and I was being so polite. I did say sorry again but mid apology she hung up on me, no goodbye or anything. Unfortunately I won’t be rebooking with them again and will be going with a different dentist, I understand the frustration but again on my end I did my part so if there was someone to be upset with it should be towards zoc doc.

I’ve been going Dr. Ford for many years now and she’s great! She’s always been very professional and gentle with any work I’ve needed done. I highly recommend going to see her if you live in the area.

Dr. Ford is such a kind provider. She truly cares for her patients with a warm demeanor. She is honest and lowkey - no high pressure sales tactics.

Dr. Ford is amazing, I’m so afraid of dentist but she made me feel so at ease and comfortable. She is the best.
