Traumatic and negligent experience. The dentist showed up late, while multiple patients in the waiting room voiced complaints. She failed to fully numb me before jabbing a large, thick needle into my jaw, an excruciating experience I felt every second of. When I flinched from the pain, she had the audacity to blame me for "not sitting still." I was still, there was just a giant needle deep in my jaw and zero numbing. She clearly lacked the patience to wait for anesthesia to take effect. When I expressed distress, she coldly told me, "You can go somewhere else if you think someone else can do it better." No empathy, no accountability. When I began crying from pain and fear, her only response was, "I'll step out and let you handle your emotions." The assistant and dentist exchanged looks like I was a BURDEN, not a patient in pain. This was not just poor care, it was dangerous. She rushed through everything with little regard for my safety or well-being. There was no compassion, no bedside manner, only coldness, defensiveness, and blatant disregard for patient care. I left this appointment traumatized. I will never return, and I strongly caution others to think twice before trusting this practice with your health.

I came in about a month ago to get a tooth, that required root canal, checked out. All I can say is that the staff is great. The doctor to the staff at front were very kind in my process of getting my root canal treated. I was honestly very nervous to begin this process but they made it easier. That is why I at the end of the process I decided to switch over to them as my dentist. The times they open and close are also a big perk if you are someone who works a 9-5 job like me. Definitely recommend to come here. They will get the job done.

I visited the Germantown location for the first time recently. For context: I am biologically more prone to cavities, but I put a lot of work into taking care of my teeth, and generally only get a cavity (one) every once in a while. However, during this visit I was told that I had 9 (!!) cavities that needed to be filled. This was a big red flag to me due to my history (and my awareness that dentists who recommend unnecessary procedures is a thing to look out for). So I got a second opinion and the other dentist told me I had one cavity, but nothing else visible - not even a small second cavity, let alone 9. I am very glad that I didn't get 8 more holes drilled into my teeth for no reason!! For anyone looking for a new dentist and wary of those who recommend unnecessary procedures, I would avoid this dentist.
