I absolutely love Dr Bass and her staff. I've had awful dental experiences in the past and my experience here has erased all of that! Her assistant Ashlyn is also amazing. The entire staff is kind and helpful. During my procedure, Dr. Bass talked me through each step so there were no surprises. I will never go to another dentist!
I recently moved here and needed an emergency dentist appointment. I called Dr. Bass office and they brought me in the same day (!) Other offices in the area offered minimum 1 week waiting for the visit. The quality of work and compassion which I received in this practice is unbeatable. Thank you very much Dr. Bass Team for your professionalism and human hearts!
Everyone is so pleasant, everyone in the office from the front to the back makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Bass is very informative on your treatment plan, and the dental hygentist explains everything. I appreciate everyone making me feel relaxed and calm. I had a great visit today and everyone was amazing. ❤️
Had a great experience. Was looking for a new dentist in the area and glad I found them. Emily did an amazing job at cleaning my teeth. Dr Bass was great and made me feel comfortable and explained to me my treatment. I highly recommend this dentist. I will be bringing my family here.
They have a great team. All of them are so kind and considerate. They all seem to have your best interest at heart and make your feel very comfortable and willing to work with you at your own pace. I was very impressed with the whole crew. They also have a therapy dog, Fender, which I got to meet, and he is so friendly and lovable.
Most amazing dental experience I have ever had! These young lady's know what they are doing and understand someone who is completely afraid of a dental visit! No wonder they have been awarded BEST IN GASTON! I can't say enough good about them!
