Trio Dental

I’ve been going to this dentist for almost 20 years and have always had great experiences, which is why this situation was so disappointing. My dad recently started going here for some dental work and was treated very poorly by both the dental assistant and the dentist. At his last visit, the same blonde dental assistant explained the treatment plan and told him the work would be covered by insurance. Then at this appointment, while they were already working on him, she informed him they would no longer be completing all the work discussed because insurance would not cover it. My dad was fully aware of what he may have to pay out of pocket — he simply wanted clarification on why he was told it was covered last visit but suddenly wasn’t this time. She also claimed she had no access to view his insurance coverage, which makes no sense if she was the one who previously told him it was covered. As soon as he asked for clarification, she became defensive, raised her voice, and got heated. He was simply asking a question and was treated poorly instead. This was very disappointing, especially after being loyal patients for years. Good communication and customer service go a long way.

Dr. Ngo has been my dentist for 26 years, before I had children, and he’s absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable!! Now all my children come and see him as well. I definitely recommend him! All the staff there are super nice and wonderful! Great place and positive environment 🙂

I have been to this Dentist several times since 2010 with and w/o insurance. During that time I noticed these discrepancies: they charged my insurance for 2-3 things that were never done; they put a orange chemical on my teeth and they were sensitive for 6 months; the dentist fixed a cavity on a back tooth and nodded to his assistant and she proceeded to drill one of my front teeth for no apparent reason which has now cracked off (I refused the "new" chemical they wanted to put on my teeth). He used to be such an amazingly fair dentist. It is a pity that they got greedy. Lessons: Do not let ANY dentist put additional "cleaning or hardening chemicals on your teeth and refuse to let them "drill" or "clean" any other area except the exact tooth you came in for.

Dr Ngo has been my dentist for over 25 yrs, since I was in h/s. He is very straight forward and honest. I always refer him to all my friends and family and everyone’s always happy with his work. His assistant Fabi (srry if I misspelled) is awesome! Always professional and knowledgeable.

Great dental physician, did a great job removing my wisdom teeth out . Just came in for check up but did the procedure anyways because needed ..... removed fast .... all out perfect experience

He doesn’t do anything unless is really needed he is fair with prices
