Dr Lam really is a great dentist, been going to him for years now and he really cares about his patients and the quality of his work. They are also usually quite flexible with appointment times and dates.

Dr. Lam is amazing and his staff is so nice. I have pretty bad anxiety about the dentist but they make me feel so comfortable every time.

Dr. Lam surpasses amazing when it comes to dentistry! I have such bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist due to horrible experiences at other dentists but not with Dr. Lam! He’s calming, attentive and honestly the best dentist I have ever been to! I am writing this review from my car in front of his office after having a wisdom tooth extraction and per usual it was quick & easy…over before I even realized it had truly started! I am so thankful for Dr. Lam! So Thankful!

Dr.Lam is a very caring Dr. Makes me feel like home when I attend his office. He has a very great staff, and he is also an amazing dentist. My visit was wonderful. Dr.Lam explained everything I needed to have done. He showed me the treatment that i needed. He took pictures and showed me the reasoning why I needed that treatment. he is very honest about what you need done, also has lots of patients with kids.This is by far the best dental office I have ever been too. I'd really recommend this office.

Dr. Lam, nurses, and office staff are extremely efficient. Our family visited their dentristry for the first time, we felt friendly welcomed by everyone. Dr. Lam shared and explained procedures beforehand making us well informed. Our son had a great experience as well, it was fast and painless visit; great for a 5 year old. We are happy to have found our dentist.

Dr. Lam is a great dentist, but his front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude. She disregarded my legitimate questions about the pricing. I sent my daughter for a visit on her own and she treated my daughter like she wasn’t a patient. I called up there and she was talking to the other patient in Spanish and that left my daughter very confused. Her attitude is bad and she refused to explain the situation to me and hung up in my face. Every time I talk to her she’s very rude and it has been like this for years. Due to her being unprofessional, we’ll no longer be patients there.

I’m a new patient and I’ve had 2 deep cleanings and 3 root canals in the past month with Dr. Lam at NW Dental. I’ve had no pain with any of these dreaded procedures. He and his staff are very courteous and professional. They are also very accommodating to me since I’m in an electric wheelchair. They also accommodate me by opening doors for me, moving my wheelchair once I’m in the dental chair, and calling my bus transportation while I’m still in the chair so I don’t have to wait on him. I highly recommend this office.
