City Dental Center

Came here since I finally got insurance saw their was no reviews other than that one negative one, my honest recommendation don’t listen to it. Walked in and got helped out by Sandy in the front desk and didn’t give me the run around and expected wait time. Got in sooner than expected as well. Told me I need to go to a specialist for my root canal and their helpful staff was kind enough to call until they managed to find me a place to do it same day. Words can’t describe how thankful I am to you guys I was in a lot of pain that day thank you all.

Awful customer service! I called twice to make an appointment each time I got an answering machine! They finally returned my calls. I made the appointment for 2pm today showed up the office staff has no clue on how to run the show! The told me I didn't have the correct insurance card and that my card was for Medical not dental which is not true it's for everything! Then they told me I have an hmo which is another lie! I have ppo! I told them they need to get their stuff together at that point they got mad And told me to leave!!

Came to my first appointment and they were apparently closed. Came 30 mins early. I called and no one picked up. Very disappointed.

They never answered the phone Plus they don’t do the insurance correctly
