Supertooth at Kentlands

DO NOT GO HERE. I've been to many dentists, have never had a cavity in my life, and I'm always told "your teeth look beautiful, we'll see you in 6 months." I came in to Supertooth at Kentlands for a simple, routine cleaning and was told I have recession, gum disease, and a million other "issues." They tried to sell me $100+ worth of products and tell me I need to see an orthodontist for my perfectly straight teeth and a gum disease specialist. They didn't even clean my teeth! They want me to come back in 4 weeks for the cleaning...not happening. My husband went in for an appointment right after me and it was all the same crap. They charged him $70 for a nonsense "procedure" to clean plaque build up and said to come back for the cleaning. The whole point of a cleaning is to clean the plaque build up... Like I said, I've been to many dentists in my life and I've never had an experience like this. Go LITERALLY anywhere else.

I don't usually leave comments but had a bad taste left in my mouth the other day. I went here to get a deep clean and was told 700 dollars per side after initial being told 300 per side don't know what changed and then when I said I need to reschedule after being there for 45 min already the decided to hit me with a cancelation of service this place is money hungry I called another service in the area and the said deep cleans go for no more then 400 don't know why this place is so expensive. I would like to charge them for showing all my records to every other patient that walk in isn't that a hipaa violation to let everyone see my medical records that walks past where I'm sitting.

Very disappointing experience. I went to this office for a simple filling. After the procedure, the front desk told me to schedule a follow-up visit and clearly said the follow-up would be free, which is not something most dental offices require for a routine filling. When I returned, the dentist briefly asked if I felt pain, did not examine my tooth, and then quickly left to see another patient. Despite this, I was later charged a diagnostic fee for this "follow-up" visit—even though I had already paid a diagnostic fee before the filling. I regret returning for the follow-up and would strongly advise patients to be very careful about unexpected charges. I will not be returning to this office.

They did an amazing job! Goli was so knowledgeable and explained everything to perfection!

I have been going to this dental office since I was a kid and always have great memories and experiences going there. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable in terms of what the insurance covers since with dental work it can be very tricky

Lavette ensure that customers feel at home throughout the whole process. She is extremely friendly, caring, empathetic while all procedures are going on. She deserves a raise due to her dedication and hard work. They should make her the manager of the team.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Their customer service was top notch. The comfort and care I received made me at ease when I am usually very anxious at the dentist. This by far has been the best dental experience I received from EVERY single staff member. I am truly impressed and highly recommend them!
