From Sharon’s smile when you walk in, they also allowed me to bring my toddler with me. Which was a huge help as it was after school. Kim is an amazing dental hygienist, my mouth felt sparkling clean. She and Dr. Chung are friendly and gentle(I have a phobia and anxiety of dentists as a result of past traumatic experiences). Their care has helped me stay on top of my dental hygiene thank you.

A little over three years ago, I was assisted by a dental hygienist, Kim. I later learned she left the practice to have a baby. She has now returned and assisted me this past week. I was impressed she remembered me and how nervous I was during my 1st visit, learning I hadn't seen a dentist in many years. She said I appeared much more relaxed this time. Dr. Chung came in, checked my teeth and said, "Continue with daily flossing and thorough brushing. It's making a difference." I'm always a little nervous going to the dentist but was thrilled by his comment. He basically acknowledged I'm doing much better taking care of my teeth. 😁

Dr. Chung is the best dentist with the most excellent team. My children and I have been patients for years and we are staying put. Expertise, professionalism, honesty and warmth: everything we need! Thank you!!

Dr. Chung is a skilled dentist who relates well with his patients and staff. The front desk staff is attentive and outstandingly communicates with patients. For these reasons, I have enjoyed great service for many years and look forward to continuing to visit for all dental services. Thank you.

Dr. Chung and Sharon provide a well run, efficient office. The hygienist was good but needs to control the water spray.

Inept work and unethical. Implant came out and needed to be put back in. He overcharged us according to my dental plan. I contacted the dental plan and got a refund. The only excuse he offered was he did not have our credit card on file, but he could have called me to get it. The implant fell out the next day. When confronted about this his response was you need a new implant for $1800. Went to a dental surgeon and for the same fee he originally charged he cut the gum and reinserted the implant with the proper torque wrench. The surgeon did it correctly. In response to Dr. Chung's response to my review. My wife at her age does not have any internet accounts and asked me to write the review, which she approved. The reason I was angry was because Dr. Chung called me after he found out I filled a complaint with my insurance company and in a very annoyed tone stated he does not want to see anyone who files a complaint I then let off some steam about the poor work he performed with the only solution he offed was to replace the implant for $1800. In addition, I also called my cousin a professor at a dental college in Manhattan and described to him what Dr. Chung's solution was, and he could not believe it and told me to have my wife go to a dental surgeon who did the work properly.
