My experience with Dr. Ghafari was disappointing from the moment I arrived. I did not feel welcomed, and the overall interaction lacked professionalism. During my dental cleaning, the service felt rushed, and it was apparent that the doctor was eager to finish quickly. Additionally, she appeared unwell, which raised concerns about why she was working while not feeling 100%. I also expressed pain in two of my teeth, but this concern was not acknowledged or addressed like how I expected. After the cleaning, I scheduled a follow-up appointment to have those two teeth treated. On the morning of the appointment, Dr. Ghafari personally called to confirm my attendance, which I did—despite having already confirmed through the automated system. Later that same day, approximately an hour and a half before my appointment, the front desk called to inform me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled because all of the doctor’s other appointments had been canceled. I was told the doctor needed to leave, with no other explanation provided. This was extremely frustrating, as I had already planned my schedule around this appointment. It was very clear she just wanted to go home on a slow day. Based on the office’s location and previous positive reviews, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet them and was a significant disappointment.

Best doctor in town. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Ghaffari for over 13 years, and unfortunately I never left a review until now. Appointments are always scheduled in a timely manner, and the quality of work is consistently professional. Dr. Ghaffari is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I would 100% recommend her.

Took an appt 2 weeks in advance and gave them insurance details. They confirmed the appt several times via text message and two days before the appt call me saying we don’t take your insurance. Waited this long for nothing.

Dr. Ghafari and her staff are creating warm welcoming professional environments to deliver their phenomenal services. Dr Ghafari cares deeply about her patients. I am so grateful for such a wonderful care I’m receiving from Dr. Ghafari and her staff. Her expertise and knowledge in addition of great care she offers, makes Dr Ghafari my best choice ever!

Dr. Ghafari has been our family dentist for a very long time - she does amazing work. She is very gentle with our kids, but also thorough in cleaning. For adults, she really listens to concerns and questions and makes you an equal partner in your care. You will never feel pushed into anything, and she gives you multiple options with pros and cons for each. I really appreciate that her philosophy is to always save natural teeth whenever possible. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ghafari has been our dentist for over 10 years. You receive very personalized service at each appointment. You never have to wait and she is very accommodating if you have an emergency. I would definitely recommend her practice!
