Dr. William Van Dyke is, without a doubt, one of the best dentists around. He specializes in general, implant and cosmetic dentistry. I was a patient of his years ago but had to switch providers due to insurance changes. Recently I returned after needing extensive dental work because of mistakes made by a previous dentist. Dr. Van Dyke carefully assessed my situation, explained my options, and developed a treatment plan that addressed everything while keeping costs as reasonable as possible. After several crowns and a bite adjustment, I can smile with confidence again. He really is a miracle worker!!!! He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional and it’s clear that patient satisfaction is his top priority. His staff is equally outstanding. Kim, who has worked with him for decades, is wonderful, and everyone in the office is friendly, welcoming, and caring. To top it off, his daughter, Dr. Rachael Van Dyke, works alongside him. She’s just as nice and professional as well. I absolutely love this office and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. I highly recommend!!

I had a crown fall off and needed a next-day appointment, Van Dyke General and Implant Dentistry came through. The team was incredibly welcoming and caring and they were able to get me fixed up in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend!

I visited Van Dyke Dentistry a few weeks ago to have a very painful tooth extracted after being turned away by several dentist offices in Gainesville for a week. Not only were they able to see me within hours of my initial phone call even on the week right before Thanksgiving, but Dr. Smayda was able to extract my tooth within less than 30 minutes upon my arrival and at a super affordable price which was amazing considering I don’t have dental insurance. The icing on the cake was all the extremely helpful and friendly faces who help me along the way. I’d like to give special recognition to dental assistants Raena and Scharma and receptionists Gloria and Natalie for all of their help as well. You can tell that they are all very passionate about what they do and that matters so much! I will absolutely be returning for the remainder of my dental work and routine oral maintenance. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Tell them Chelle sent you ❤️

The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable patient kind professional. Dr. Van Dyke has a winning team. From Reina to the front desk and then they help me get financed and they did a lot of work for me here because I was stressed out. I recommend everyone in Gainesville come to Dr. Van Dyke‘s office and be treated like a superstar. Charles Baird, physical therapist certified athletic trainer, EMT matches and kinesiology.

My husband and as in so much pain, our local dentist couldn’t see us for 3 weeks, called others, three weeks. Gloria said FB said call on FB show up at 8 next morning. Wow! What a sweet friendly dental office, they got him in right away, we now have scheduled all our next appointment with them. Three dentists, locally owned and available to serve us. I think that’s a God thing how we found them. Thank you Dr Smayda for getting my husband out of pain so quickly.
