I cannot say enough about this practice, from the ladies in the front to the dentists. I would love to emphasize on Alina, only because she is the one I have had the most interaction with due to my cleanings. She is the most gentle, understanding and patient hygenist I have had in all my years of going to the dentist. I used to be not scared, not just a little afraid, I was petrified of them. The hygenist worse! Alina has totally changed that for me. She has validated my fear from day one, she is professional, precise and most importantly knows what she is doing. Her level of compassion and empathy for her patients does not go unnoticed. I let her know all the time, now, I hope she sees it. I hope she is proud of herself and the wonderful professional she is.

Everyone at University Family Dentistry is so nice. Everyone that has taken care of my teeth are always so thorough and caring. You feel confident in their skill sets and my gums have never been better.

I was thoroughly impressed with the compassionate, engaging and ease of service that was rendered to me by Dr. Claire Freijo, her Assistant Kathy, and one of the front desk receptionist on my visit to University Family Dentistry. They all 3 were very professional, and articulate in each of their own area of experience! It was such a delightful experience of mine, so much so, that I look forward to seeing them again and making this dental office my new dentistry home.

Office staff were friendly and helpful. Elena was the hygienist assigned to me and I couldn’t be happier with her service and care. Dr. Freijo is also kind and caring and provides stellar care. I highly recommend this dental team!!
