I had a positive experience at UF’s Dental Clinic. I needed to see an endodontist for a root canal and they were able to get me in quickly. Dr Rancel Sanchez was fabulous. He was patient and compassionate, listening to my concerns and assessing my tooth pain. He did a CT scan on site and immediately knew what was wrong. He created a treatment plan that was exactly what I needed. I appreciate that Dr Sanchez was attentive to my needs and talked me through my treatment options. I felt confident in his decisions and moved forward in his care. The root canal procedure was painless and quick, with Dr Sanchez communicating often to ensure I knew what he was doing and that I was doing well. My pain is gone and I feel great. I highly recommend this clinic. Know that you are in good hands.

I had a wonderful experience at the clinic considering needing to have a tooth pulled. The two students that worked with me was great- actually the best numbing experience and I have the highest anxiety when it comes to being numbed at the dentist. The visit cost $205 and that includes an exam, X-rays and tooth extraction. I went on a Thursday morning and got there at 6:10 AM for the lotto draw at 7 AM. I was out of the clinic by 10 AM. Just wanted to say thank you to UF for having this clinic- it was a life saver for me.

Complete waste of my time. I drove 2 hours away to get here and they knew this. I told them to stop scheduling me because I had a remaining balance that I couldn't pay. They insisted on getting me in. They told they would finish the previous procedure and have me worry about the bill later. I said ok but I can't make any payments before ke the day off. She said no problem. So I drove 2 hours to get here. The parking garage was full because of of the lot was closed down. It took me 25 minutes to find parking which made me ten minutes late. They had the nerve to try and tell me that they might not be able to finish because of how late I was even though they knew I was driving 2 hours away and failed to inform me that they were doif renovations to the parking garage. Then they refused to see me because they wanted me to pay for the procedure before they did the procedure. Which was not the conversation that I had with the lady on the phone. Terrible service and very inconsiderate people.

I got there before 7am and they were able to extract my bad tooth the same day . The procedure was done by 10 am and they took my Medicaid. The students were professional and kind as well while working on my teeth. Glad I was able to get this done.

I went to see Dr. Hind Hussein today for a comprehensive exam. I was extremely nervous about this appointment but it was necessary. From check in all the way until check out, everyone was professional and courteous. Dr. Hussein explained everything she was going to do before she did it. She educated me, and not in a condescending way, she was genuinely making sure I understood. Her staff assistant that took the xrays and scripted was amazing too! I didn’t catch her name but she was so pleasant as well. Even the financial portion, they explained what I would likely pay out of pocket for further visits/treatments and made sure I understood that as well. Overall, I would highly recommend this office. Especially Dr. Hussein. She was informative, thorough, and very kind.

I always have a great experience here, from front desk people to my whole care team! Erika, my hygienist is so friendly, patient, and does a fantastic job. Dr Andrew Corsaro is super friendly and nice, and explains the situation, and procedure in details. Overall very great. You can get a voucher from front desk for free parking, right across the street! Also, don’t take this mistaken for student practice! In faculty practice you get professional dentist.

Would not recommend them ever. Was seeing Dolce for 6 years for ortho. During that time, he didn’t notice he killed the root of a tooth which Caused an infection that went untreated for years and ate away at my jaw bone causing bone loss larger than 10mm so now I need bone graft surgery. Reis was unprofessional and didn’t take my concerns serious. He is either dishonest or can’t read an X-ray right as he’s the one that said I had a "small infection" that is actually a BIG infection. I took his treatment plan to three different dentists who all questioned why he is wanting to do a build up as opposed to a crown on a tooth that needs a root canal. Mind you, he didn’t even realize I’m missing bone. After 6 years of braces with dolce, I was left with a slight gap in the front that I never had before. When I expressed my concern, it was disregarded by both dentists - reís even laughed at me because he said it was a "small gap". Obviously not small enough if food gets stuck between my front two teeth. Thankfully my new dentist listens to my concerns and makes me part of the planning. Sucks to hear I might need braces again after six years with them on with dolce. UF definitely put the ‘practice’ in ‘faculty and practice.’
