Minsung Son

Horrible experience with this dentist for my MIL. My husband called at 6, he’s been paged 4x and still has not returned call. No pain medication subscribed after a tooth extraction? His nurse was unkind too, not only that he did not leave the room after administering lidocaine and after my mother in law CRIED from pain he still proceeded and did not make sure she was accurately numbed. She cried and asked them to wait. The nurse said, "Open your mouth." Are you kidding me? You’re being paged for a reason; do your job. 0/5 if I could. 4 hours later my mother in law is still in pain and has no numbness, no pain medication, and no call back. Horrible and shame on you.

Dr. Minsung Son was super supportive and caring. He made sure I knew what the treatment looked like and that I was comfortable with it. He was very professional. I would recommend him to everybody.

There are not enough stars to give Dr. Son and I cannot recommend him enough! Dr. Son is honest and genuine, respectful, kind, highly skilled, detailed oriented, empathetic, and has an awesome bedside manner! He has always made me feel comfortable and has went above and beyond during my treatment. I would like to mention Frieda, his assistant, who is also pretty special. Also, a shout-out to the front office staff, especially Shawntae (? spelling), who has always greeted me with a smile and has always been warm and welcoming.
