Kids Only Dental Place

** I chose this office specifically based on their Google reviews.** Unfortunately, the service did not match their review rating. The receptionist- not friendly. I waited 4 months for my appointment for 2 children on the same day. This office had me confirm both appointments multiple times. They text me on Monday, the day before appointments, asking me to call. So I did. They are closed on Monday so no one answered. No one called me or tried contacting any other way. I drive an hour one way to my appointments on Tuesday morning. I’m told they won’t see my children because their business isn’t on the back of my insurance card, even though they DO accept my insurance. No options offered. Just "we can’t see them". No "call your insurance and change your dentist to us".. literally NO options were given in office by the receptionist. I called when I left because I forgot to get a school note. On the phone a much nicer employee offered me 2 appointments that same afternoon if I paid CASH- which would be $324, "after discounts", for a 4 year old, and $108, "after discounts" for a 1 year old. Beware. They’ll waste your entire day and have 0 apology for it.

Finding a dentist that accepts your insurance can be challenging, once I did all my calls and viewed the reviews I think I made the BEST choice ever for my son. He was experiencing some tooth pain, they were able to get a appointment soon enough and when we arrive to his appointment he was done within an blink of an eye. All the staff are very friendly and nice and when my son came from the back of getting his 1st tooth pulled he was all smiles and from that I knew the staff was taking good care of him. I highly recommend this dentist for your child. Nothing but good experience since I first took my son which was Oct 2025.

My kids always have an amazing experience when they go to Kids Only Dental. The whole staff is amazing. They make my kids feel comfortable and happy.

They are always so friendly and have have so much patience when it comes to my son and his sensory issues. Gavin has been amazing and explains everything. I cant recommend this place and their staff enough.

I can not say enough amazing things about this dental office! Today was my first visit and each and every employee that I came into contact with went above and beyond to make my 2 month old and I comfortable. I walked into the office in tears and left with a full heart and smile on. The stuff truly cares about it’s patients and strives to make you feel like family. Thank you so very much Dr. Kristen for taking the time to help my son in such a kind and professional manner and making sure we got the help we needed today and keeping us informed. Everyone was so kind to my little man. He was nervous because he hadn’t been to a dentist before. They made him feel at ease and the theme throughout the place was adorable. The whole place was tailored for kids. We loved it and can’t wait to return.

I love this dental practice! Dr. Alicia and Ms. Peaches helped my kiddo through her first tooth extraction. My girl was really scared and they helped put her at ease. She was fine afterwards a d spoke about how proud she was and how much she likes her dentist.
