I’ve been coming here for the past few months and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Jessica McIlvaine is so incredibly kind, supportive, and always makes me feel comfortable during my appointments. The whole crew is always so welcoming and they provide a great atmosphere. Having just recently graduated from UF, I was nervous about finding the right dentist, but I genuinely feel I’m in great hands with Dr. McIlvaine & Angie. I appreciate their attention to detail, and how they explain everything clearly, and even provide helpful advice on how to better my own personal dental hygiene. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an amazing dentist!!

If you are looking to get a mandibular advancement device for sleep apnea in Gainesville, you need to see Dr. Nossa. He provides very thorough, compassionate care and is extremely knowledgeable about bite abnormalities, sleep apnea, and MAD devices . His team is very wonderful. It was absolutely worth the investment in my sleep quality, and I can not recommend them enough.

I have been going to Dr. Nossa for over a decade now and I am very happy with his practice. It is very clean and everyone is friendly and happy there. My teeth are grateful 🙂

I’m so glad my friend recommended this dental office to me. I called and let them know that I was in a lot of pain, and they got me in the next day. All the staff are so kind and compassionate; they were very gentle and took care knowing the pain I was experiencing. The doctors were excellent at explaining my situation and care options; I left feeling supported, with no pressure. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist’s.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nossa and was charged $100 to reserve it, with the understanding that the fee would be refunded if I canceled at least 48 hours in advance. I canceled on time, but the refund was not processed until I called to request it. When I later called back because the last four digits of the card they claimed to refund did not match my card, the staff member was extremely rude. She spoke over me, raised her voice, refused to recheck the information, and told me to call my bank. At one point, she even laughed at me on the phone. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled was unprofessional and disrespectful. Patients should not have to chase a promised refund or be treated this way when asking about a billing issue.

Per the website, "For some, paying for dental care is the most stressful part of their visit, but with us, we’re going to change that." My experience with this office was incredibly stressful. I was charged $400+ for a 27 minute appointment that did not even entail a cleaning. I was only told after the appointment, at that point I was demanded to pay $400+, that my insurance was not accepted. Dr. Nossa and the clincial staff were great, however, his office does not look out for patients or make expectations clear regarding insurance or payment.
