Dr. Stephan Showstark, DMD

I was not the patient with Dr Showstark but I was taking a friend there for his consult and then again to have his teeth pulled and temps placed. I can not say enough good things about the doctor and his staff. They were all simply amazing. His temps look awesome and this was such an easy process with them. Highly recommend them to anyone.

BAD EXPERIENCE with Franchisee Stephen Showstark.. This franchise service to me is not acceptable, bad experience with service.. If you have a choice to go somewhere else for Dentures don’t come here. Not to what AFFORDABLE DENTURES core values standards are Owner of franchise Stephen Showstark shows me his unprofessional way of treating me as a paid customer. So obviously his staff acts the same way how an owner treats a cash paying customer. My dog was treated more courteously from his vet. The work on my full upper & lower Dentures are ill fitted cause staff did a quick so so fit impressions..A shoe salesman will fit you better. It took me 6 trips to get my replacement Dentures, and longer wait time in sitting area than it should.. I quickly get out of this franchise store the time I got my dentures.

The teeth turned out perfect. Now that I'm used to them , I can chew again! Excellent service, quick turnaround. I'm very pleased. I would recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone needing partials or dentures.

This place did not look clean. The dentist came in the room I was in and was very rushed to get in and out. But what really freaked me out was he was already wearing gloves when he came into the room. How do I know if he’d been wearing the same pair of gloves on the previous patient. I left the dental office without any procedure and will not go back.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Showstark and his staff. Very professional! I was very happy with what he did for me.

Very unhappy with the work that was done the dentist was not very helpful when it came to proper fitting of the partial just made partial fit worse sorry I wasted my money on a bad experience with this office also staff was not very helpful as well

I went in fully prepared for dentures as I had suffered with horrible pain and infections for years. What I was not prepared for was the dr. leaving me while he was extracting my teeth multiple times to go talk to people in other rooms. After all my teeth were removed I had to wait an hour in the waiting room bleeding and changing gauze in their public bathroom. When I went in to get my denture, the dr. wasn't there and some guy put them in and jams them up onto my gums. I looked in the mirror and my teeth were off CENTER by a whole tooth! I was so upset I cried at that point. I couldn't believe I had just paid $5,900 for this experience. The girl assistant rolled her eyes as if that was a regular thing she's dealt with, but not me. I was crushed, I couldn't wear the teeth, they didn't fit. I went back the next week and told him how upset I was and I wanted half my money back. He argued and belittled me, saying I wasn't special and didn't deserve a refund. I said I'm sure it's not a special case as this must happen regularly. At that time he numbed one side of my jaw and broke another piece of my bone that he didn't get the week before and it was really jagged and causing pain. Horrible! Then he said I would have to wait weeks before they could make a new impression of my mouth for the teeth, so I had to go a WHOLE month with no teeth! I was starting a new business and had to make calls and have appointments, and it all stopped. I couldn't do any of it. I was so depressed and saddened that my hard earned money was going to this man who did not deserve the full payment, not even half payment. I have had to go to their cheapest denture, not even getting a new denture in a year, I don't know what to do about this. Their customer service is horrible. I tried to get insurance assistance and they were rude and didn't follow through unless I kept on them about it. I asked for him to refund me for the dentures and he wouldn't, even though he took the bad denture that first week, and I was left with no teeth for a month, he wouldn't correct it or refund anything. Save your money and do your research of multiple places. This place is NOT affordable. Nearly $6,000 for a nightmare, that I then had to go to their cheap denture and get a small refund back to bring down my monthly payment. I had to get less and they would not see that they needed to concede to their error and make the customer happy.
