I recently had my own root canal treatment done there, and the fact that I trusted them with my own dental care should say everything. Dr. Kian and Dr. Jeannie were both absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. The treatment was incredibly smooth, comfortable, and completely painless. Their level of skill, professionalism, attention to detail, and patient care is honestly top tier. I had an outstanding experience at Sigma dental specialists, Frisco office. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and the clinic itself was spotless and calming. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, explaining each step so I felt comfortable throughout. Dr.Kian took time to review my X-rays, answer my questions, and offer helpful advice for preventative care. I also truly appreciated Mellisa and her patience, professionalism, and attention to detail. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. Highly recommend this office to anyone!

First I want to say that the office staff was very friendly and accommodating! Was able to get me in same day. Dr Kian was awesome! His bedside manner was wonderful and refreshing! He believes in keeping your teeth and is doing everything he can to save them. I highly recommend this office.

I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience!! Root Canal is never pleasant - but Dr. Kian and Melissa were just awesome. He was patient, encouraging and very empathetic in his approach. He took the time to make sure I was not in pain and comfortable. Melissa for her part had a very calming demeanor which really helped destress the whole experience. Highly recommend the practice !!

I recently had a bone graft procedure done by Dr. Knight, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From my very first visit, Dr. Knight took the time to explain every step of the process clearly, answer all my questions, and make sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. I especially appreciated how candid and honest he was about what to expect — including the fact that, in rare cases, the procedure doesn’t always work as intended. He reassured me that if that ever happened, we would cross that bridge together and that I’d have his full support throughout. That level of transparency and care is rare and speaks volumes about his integrity. The procedure itself went smoothly, and at my two-week follow-up, Dr. Knight took great care in checking my healing progress and ensuring everything was on track. It’s rare to find a specialist who combines such exceptional skill with a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, but Dr. Knight does exactly that. I highly recommend Dr. Knight to anyone in need of periodontal care or bone grafting. You’ll be in excellent hands.
