My family and I have been seeing Dr. Shai Patel for about 5.5 years and have had a very good experience throughout. He’s friendly, very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and takes the time to clearly explain what’s going on and what the procedure involves without making you feel pressured. I also appreciate that he walks through different options and answers questions honestly. He pays close attention to detail and invests the extra time to make sure everything feels right before you leave. I’ve always felt comfortable, even during more complex dental work. He’s also very accommodating if something comes up and usually tries to get you in the same day or next day. Dr. Patel’s assistant, Anna, is excellent—experienced, patient, and reassuring, and she helps make the visits feel comfortable and smooth. Would definitely recommend.

A very clean, fresh & new feeling with their building and the rooms, great decor and a comfortable waiting room. All the employees have been top notch, joyful and engaged. To visit this place you feel you’ve had a top-of-the-line dental appointment. Regarding up to date xray and scan tech and their medical equipment, you notice as we approach 2026 it’s not a small-town, backwoods, old-time dental facility. They’ve got everything money could afford making you know you’re getting the best of everything. Doctor Patel is a fantastic doctor. Also a pleasant guy, joyful, attentive and really cares for his patients. I couldn’t be more impressed with the overall experience and help in times of need. Thankful for finding the golden needle in the haystack. Truly 1 out of thousands without exaggeration. I’ve had fillings, crowns, deep cleanings and even now scanned for a night guard, been here over 3 years and couldn’t be happier to recommend the best! John S

I came in as a new patient and left a happy customer. The X-ray process was quick and smooth, the Team worked together very well, and they were super professional. The office was clean and inviting, and the Dentist was thorough/kind/and super helpful. He listened AND took my concerns seriously! Headed back next week and I’m not even scared.

Dr. Patel's practice has always been top notch. The staff always does what is best for the patient. We have gone to his office for a number of years and feel secure with their expertise.

I enjoy going to my checkups. Dr Patel is competent and provides excellent dental care, preventative and actual. The hygienists are a higher caliber than other offices. They take the time to explain how you may improve your dental hygiene in specific coaching. The office is nice and pristine. The toolset used are leading edge not bleeding edge.
