I grew up coming here and they’ve always done right by me, super professional and friendly. I recently came back after moving away for a few years and they recognized me from all those years ago, I had an accident with a fake tooth another dentist put it, it was a more complicated situation than I originally expected but they respected the original price they told me before I came in. 10/10 highly recommend.

I always enjoy my visit to Little Big Smiles Family Dentistry. Staff are very nice and professional. Dr. Dana Yu cares about her patients and gives good advise. Her hands are very dedicate and makes patient feels very comfortable. Going to see the dentist has become a very happy thing.

Exellent service! I found here through my insurance website, and it turned out to be very popular. I made an appointment a few days later. Their staff treated me very well — they did a careful deep cleaning and showed me how to clean more effectively using different tools. They charged exactly what we had discussed and provided a clear breakdown of all treatment fees. The doctor even discovered some issues that Sxxxx Dental on Stacy Rd hadn’t mentioned. I really like this clinic and plan to bring my family here as well. Remember to avoid the Sxxxx Dental & Orthodontics on Stacy Rd , 4.9 rating on Google, they accepted new patients right away, The doctor only saw me briefly but tried to scare me about how bad my situation was, saying the total treatment would cost a big amount!

Update: I received the apologize message and they scheduled my crown appointment. I think it’s really important to be accountable. Will update the review after the service. Hopefully it’s improving. —————————————————————— I have been a patient for over four years. It used to be a great dentistry clinic. I recommend several people. But now it’s just not a trustworthy place. The doctors did not do anything wrong. Dr Chen and Dr Bak were both professional and thorough. But the front desk office is very chaotic. Difficulties with scheduling and the insurance. They are negligent and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes, instead they just lied about it and try to blame others. I would be fooled if I didn’t call my insurance company to double check. I am really disappointed and would not recommend to my friends anymore.

Been a patient here since at least 2017. Entire staff is friendly & professional. Although I don't always get Dr. Chen for my exam, all the other dentists are just as knowledgeable & thorough. Tammy has always been great in accommodating my work schedule & making sure my cleaning is done with plenty of time to get back to work. Han is such a sweet hygienist/assistant & truly cares for your entire well-being, not just dental & takes the time to answer & advise on any questions/concerns. ps. My favorite room is the dinosaur one. =o)

Dr. Chen with his team including the Assistant and Hygienist are so great and they have provided us amazing and excellent treatment. We have had many years experience with receiving dentist service and Dr. Chen with his team absolutely is the best one we have received. Dr. Chen as well as the Hygienist and the Assistant are all performing excellent with high professional skills and very nice treatment. Even the staff in front desk always show you nice and smile that makes you feel good and comfortable. The Dentist team all are really care of the our teeth health and teach us a lot of knowledge that is helpful to protect teeth health. They listen to you and friendly communicate well in regards to care. So, we have chosen them as our long term family dentist and fully recommend.

Our visit at the clinic with my son was easy and comfortable. The staff, the technician and the dentist have been professional, kind and helpful. They are our new dentist from now on.
