My wife and I started going here and we love it. The staff is amazing and friendly. Charmy shah and Dr. Subba are a great care team and I will always refer my friends to them. Anyone looking for a new dentist office should go here. Best service in town hands down and thank you for taking care of us.

It gives money grab and money hungry. First off they made my filing fall out during a different procedure. Then they did a temporary filling replacement twice instead of fixing the issue. My tooth later became infected and I was not given antibiotics. Also I was advised that they would cover the tooth removal however I was treated rude and ugly as they just snatched my tooth out and left fragments of tooth behind. I'm in pain and feel very disrespected and treated like a piece of trash. And the pain I have is unbearable. Now I'm home with 5 prescriptions and I just feel terrible. They treated me like a number not a human being. If I could give 0 stars I would this has been a nightmare.

The office manager Clayton has been so helpful this time around! I’ve been going there over 10 years with Charmy as my dental cleaner and she’s always been great. Even after moving I still drive back for her ❤️

Wow! I came in because I wanted to get examination done as I was interested in getting my teeth straight. Charmy recommended a deep clean and did an amazing job and explained everything she was doing in detail! I felt very satisfied with my visit and got scheduled for the ortho exam, and again didn’t disappoint! Explained to me why Invisalign wouldn’t be suitable for my case and made the process easy for getting me started on braces same day, great job ideal dental everyone here does an amazing job and is very friendly, will be coming here regularly

I had to be seen for an emergency appointment and was able to get in the very next day. Everyone in the office was VERY kind and helpful!! A special shout-out to Dr. Nathani!! She was so sweet and took the time to explain every step of the process, even helping me research my dental insurance. I’ve been to other Ideal Dental locations that I didn’t love, but I’m SO glad I tried this location — it was a true dental experience like no other. The dental assistant and front office staff were equally supportive, going out of their way to explain billing lingo and making me feel genuinely welcome. They were delightful on the phone and just as delightful when I first walked into the office! I will definitely make this my regular office and highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellent dental care!! 10/10

I am just wowed by this office!!!!! Everyone from front office to the manager to the doctor the assistants and the lady that cleaned my teeth were just amazing!!!!! The office smelled so cleaned as I walked in being welcomed by beautiful smiles from the ladies in the front. The lady that cleaned my teeth did a great job and explained why I needed the cleaning I needed and it made so much sense. I did read the reviews before I came and thought maybe I shouldn’t go but it now seems that people just don’t want to pay the price for not taking proper care of their teeth. The doctor was amazing and helped me understand my treatment along with answering all of the millions of questions I had. Not only were the providers great but as I waited for the pricing for my visit multiple people checked on me. I definitely recommend this place!!!!
