My dad recently got a set of teeth from her and this office and the teeth are not working for him. They don’t stick to his mouth and he refuses to wear it so he eats with no teeth. He just told me that they refuse to help him at all. They are not trying to make Any adjustments to the teeth that they built for him and now we have to take things into our own hands and take them to court and even contact the medical board because this is unacceptable behavior they charged my dad a few thousand dollars and they’re not even fixing the teeth. Hopefully we will be able to Win a lawsuit if it comes down to it but I highly recommend you guys don’t go to the dentist it sounds like she is more concerned about money than her patience. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this is absolutely unacceptable and I would never want other people to experience something like this

I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and rude behavior during my visit. The staff member repeatedly insisted that my insurance would not cover the costs, even though I am confident it does. It felt like she was deliberately trying to charge me out of pocket rather than verify the coverage properly. This is unacceptable. I expect honest communication and respect as a customer, not attempts to pressure me into unnecessary payments.

The dental procedure I dreaded turned out fine because Dr. Swapna explained everything and Christina provided comfort throughout continuously, this dental team understands that patient comfort matters as much as technical excellence!
