I had an abscess in mouth since last Wednesday. I went to several other dental offices who told me I had to wait due to insurance ( state). When I tell you I called today, was seen today, and got the problem tooth extracted!!!!!! OMG I almost cried because i thought I would due from the wait and my pain was getting worse. They helped a GREAT deal!!!! Thr customer service was top tier, how much Dr. Sam knew what the problem was, explained the risks and took that sucker out!!!!! I'm forever grateful and pray they continue to stay in business. Thank you Dr. Sam and dental assistant, I so appreciate you both and will definitely be referring new clients to you!!!!!

They’re always very sweet and communication is great! I left a voicemail a day the office was closed regarding having increased pain and I got a call back right away to schedule me an appointment. Office is always clean and organized. From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to the doctor - they’re all amazing!

I love this dentist. They never judge or talk down to me and are always very gentle and kind. They're also efficient. There's no long waiting or repetitive consults/exams that I experience at pretty much all other dentist and doctor offices, alike. They are a small office but IMO, it's not a bad thing. I'm so grateful to have found them !! ♥️

I've always hated going to the dentist I haven't gone in over 20 years I'm then one day I had a toothache made an appointment with a dentist they poked around in there for a minute and without even seeing an x-ray they said "it looks like I've got a cavity in may need a root canal but they wanted to do a deep cleaning first", then I came here to Frederick Dental Center for a second opinion, and as it turns out the pain was coming from tartar buildup and the pain went away after a cleaning. And then on top of that after following their directions to "proper" brushing flossing and rinsing, on my 6-month checkup I was told that my dental health is looking good! And they're actively working to help me prevent cavities and the need for deep cleanings and root canals. That should show you that they're more concerned with helping you by just doing their job the right way rather than first looking for any other way to rack up the bill. So like I said after over 20 years of avoiding the dentist, now because of how quick and thorough and honest I know they are and I have no problem coming back every 6 months and with how kind and polite they are makes it just that much easier
