Outstanding experience! I’ve been a patient of Dr. Fields for over 10 years. Her hygienist, Olivia, is always attentive, thorough, and highly professional, making the visit comfortable and seamless. The practice runs efficiently, and Dr. Fields is excellent. Highly recommend for your cleaning, whitening and overall dental care.

I have been to this dentist for three years. Initially, I feel something not right, but I still keep going. Until a point, I have to share my experience. This year, the clinic told me I needed certain procedures, which I completed and paid for. A few weeks later, during another check-up, the front desk told me I needed the same procedures again and would have to pay again—even though these treatments are normally done only every few years. When I pointed out that I had already done them, the front desk checked and admitted it was a mistake. Later, when I needed a crown, I asked if I had enough insurance coverage left. The front desk said yes, but afterward I learned I had to pay the entire cost out of pocket. This entire experience has left me feeling really disappointed. That was a huge letdown. Another frustration is that the dentist at this clinic seems to change every single year, so I never see the same dentist twice even for the same kind of service, which feels odd.

I had a great experience at Mid TN Dentistry. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made everything feel easy from the start to finish. Hailey, the hygienist, was gentle and kind, and took her time during the cleaning. Dr. Sico was also very kind, professional, and explained things in a way that felt reassuring. I appreciated how thoughtful everyone was. I highly recommend this office!

They got me in super quickly, and provided excellent service. The office manager Iris was so helpful and friendly. The hygienist Hailey was professional and kind; Dr. Fields was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and took her time to explain everything that needed to be done. Very nice office and staff!

I can’t recommend this practice based on my family’s experience. My wife was misdiagnosed and told the procedure would be covered by insurance. It was not covered because the insurance company disagreed with the diagnosis and so did a second dentist we consulted. We were left to foot the bill! Beyond the clinical issues, their billing department was nearly impossible to reach, unresponsive, and repeatedly failed to follow through on promises they made. There was a consistent lack of urgency and accountability at every level. We’ve since moved to a new dentist and haven’t looked back.

Very friendly and service oriented staff. I like they gave me good, better, and best pricing options. It was nice change of pace for the dentist game as a profession. It was for me anyway. My last two visits to a dentist resulted in a very confusing consultation and a ridiculous up front payment required before they would even schedule the procedure. I will be referring my family and friends to this office.

My hygienist was rough and rushing me. My appt was almost 30 mins late. The bag of sterile tools used had moisture inside it. I alerted the hygienist and she said she had to take them out of the cleaner early before the drying phase. She had no other tools to use. This was very disturbing. I have pictures.
