I had treatment completed this morning and had such an exceptional experience that I had to share! From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Dr. Hill was absolutely amazing—thorough, gentle, and so skilled. They took the time to explain each step, made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and somehow made something I was dreading feel surprisingly easy. My teeth look and feel fantastic, and I left feeling genuinely cared for. It’s rare to find a dental practice that combines expertise with such kindness, but this one truly does. If you’re looking for a dentist who goes above and beyond, I can’t recommend Dr. Hill and their staff enough!

I love this place. Everyone is so kind and great at their job. I called them ten minutes before close, stating I chipped my front tooth. They fit me in the next morning to fix it and did an awesome job. Thank you! 🙂

The staff a Cool Springs Family Dentistry are always welcoming, friendly and professional. Dr. Betsy Hill is absolutely the best! I had a crown from a previous dentist that’s had multiple issues staying attached. She was able to schedule me last minute after it came off again. She made sure to explain all my options and I decided to have it replaced. She triple checked to make sure everything was numb before going to work. Throughout the process she continually checked with me to make sure there was no pain. I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Hill and her staff. The hygienists are equally skilled and always make cleanings a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Hill and her staff for anyone seeking top notch dental care with a personal touch!

Michelle was my dental hygienist and she was amazing. Extremely thorough! Spent the most amount of time cleaning my teeth that I have ever had any hygienist do. Dentist was nice and thorough - gave honest recommendations. Would 10/10 recommend! We have had horrible experiences with other dentistries around here and this redeemed our faith in dentists.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Spencer and her team for about 5 years and they are awesome. I have a lot of ongoing dental needs and I like how she considers all of those needs prior to making a recommendation on how we proceed with the need at the time. She isn’t just in the business for the short run, she wants the best long term dental health for me. She has a great dental staff. And her office staff are very knowledgeable in regard to insurance questions & they make it easy to book appointments. I highly recommend Dr. Spencer & Cool Springs Family Dentistry!
