North Beach Dental Care & Orthodontics

The dr was very nice. I wanted to get my teeth zoomed which they do not offer at this office. I told them that over and over the front desk lady kept pushing and push pushing this whitening trays that are already made on me. It was $84 and some change. I really didn’t wanna do it, but she wouldn’t stop bragging about how well they worked. I got home and did it the first night the second day I tried to do it. It wouldn’t even stick to my teeth the third day my gum started hurting automatically and stinging, and my Gums are now bleached white. I’m not happy with the turn out of my teeth. I didn’t even get to whiten them as many days as I’m supposed to and the whitening does not work as well as Zoom like I wanted to get in the first place.

I love this dentist office, the staff has been nothing but wonderful & knowledgeable. The ladies at the front desk are sweet, especially Ms. Rinda she works very well with patients & she is very caring, Becky made sure I left with every appointment I needed & Bri is so funny & bubbly I just love her. I definitely would recommend this office to anybody.

I've been going to North Beach Dental for several years now. I have been seen by a few dental hygienists, but todays was top notch. Lina was my hygienist today, what an amazing experience. Her bedside manner was unmatched. She was gentle, asked if I was ok, if I was having any pain and gave great dental advice. I received the best cleaning I've ever gotten, I don't think there's a single spot on any tooth that Lina didn't meticulously clean, with fluoride being applied in the same manner. She even removed the few spots of staining I had(curse you, coffee). And, let's not forget the lovely duo at the front desk, Rinda and Bri. From the moment you walk in, they greet you with a warm smile, always there to answer any procedure questions and insurance questions. Their kind, pleasant nature sets a relaxing tone for your dental appointment.

loved it here. i just switched dentist due to feeling like i was just seen as a check and wasted a lot of my time so i was nervous to go into another office but, this place eased me again, explained everything, very nice crew and got me in and out within an hour as a new patient. glad to have found a new dentist.

I had an amazing experience at this dental office! From the moment I walked in, the staff was very welcoming, and professional, Especially Rinda she was very polite and helpful! The dentist was incredibly knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt very comfortable and informed throughout my visit. If you’re looking for high-quality dental care with friendly service, I highly recommend this practice. Five stars all the way!

The receptionists and dental hygienist were great. Explained everything, made you feel comfortable and cared. It was the dentist. I told them I was in severe pain to point of not being able to eat from my chipped front tooth. Dentist came in, said tons of words in less than 5 minutes that I didnt understand and none was not about the chipped tooth. When I asked about my painful tooth she told me "You should not be in pain". She then left and I was sent upfront to discuss money. The painful tooth was not even on the top of the list. I was in tears. The receptionist had to explain to me what the dentist wanted to do to my teeth. I left and went to another dentist. I had a severe infection, needed a root canal and antibiotics. They believed me that I was in pain. The dentist from North Beach just quoted for a crown and completely missed the infection that could have cause severe health problems for me. She was more worried about a tooth that has been missing for over 20 years. I no longer can trust North Dental with the health of my teeth.

I have been a patient at this facility for 14 years and I have never felt the need to raise a concern—until now. During my appointment, I felt that my discomfort and concerns were treated as an inconvenience rather than as valid patient needs. When I expressed that I was not comfortable proceeding with a crown adjustment without additional medication, I was met with defensiveness instead of understanding. Rather than discussing my concerns or offering reassurance, the focus shifted toward how my request affected the provider, which made me feel unheard and dismissed. Additionally, when I tried to explain the sensitivity and other issues I have been experiencing, I felt she jumped to conclusions instead of asking follow-up questions or gathering more information. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism—especially when I am already experiencing discomfort. I did not feel that standard was met during this visit. I value this practice and have always trusted the care I have received here, which makes this experience all the more troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that no other patient feels the way I did.
