As a new patient, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Doc Holliday’s office. Dr. Santiago did my teeth cleaning, and it was hands down one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had—thorough, gentle, and incredibly professional. Dr. Holliday came in for my exam and took her time, explaining everything clearly and never making me feel rushed. I also want to acknowledge the assistant who took all of my X-rays—while I don’t remember her name, she was fantastic and made the entire process easy and comfortable. All three of them were phenomenal, and the level of care and attention to detail was truly impressive. The service was absolutely impeccable. I would highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for top-notch care.

I knew I needed a root canal, but I didn't want anyone to touch it. I finally went to see Dr. Holliday through a recommendation and was NOT disappointed. Her office CARES. You can tell her staff understands the culture and climate of Dental care. Every detail of the visit is catered to her patients. Not to mention, they are friendly and TIMELY - you get in and out. She is thorough and goes above and beyond. From the time you book the appointment, to the time you arrive, to the time you leave they all make you feel comfortable. I was told this office accepted my insurance, but after my visit for a cleaning and X-rays, I got a $400 bill because they were actually out-of-network. I was never given a price estimate beforehand. After I found out, I told my sister to check her insurance, and she realized the same thing. They weren’t in-network for her either so she canceled her appointment. Saying "we accept your insurance" without explaining network status is misleading. Patients deserve clear pricing and coverage info before treatment.

Dr. Holliday is an exceptional dentist and one who truly cares about her patients. She takes her time to ensure you are happy with your new look. Her staff is just as caring and kind. I was skeptical about dentist visits had a few bad ones. So, she was first on my list and I chose the best one . Great office and the staff was very friendly. I saw doc Holliday on my second visit, wife loved her reviews great job. The procedure was great, no questions she’s the BEST. Thanks again.

Well, being that when I get to heaven I’ve GOT to talk with God about the whole comprehensive design of teeth—Doc Holliday and her staff are top drawer! From the deep cleaning, to them having to reinsert a crown that they didn’t originally create, to all of the services I’ve gotten in the short time I’ve been a patient, as far as the art of dentistry she is and has a top notched staff and the latest equipment that is second to none!
