Ideal Dental Keller

Definitivamente para mí es la mejor clínica dentista donde e ido, la atención es 10/10 todos son muy amables, el doctor súper 100/100 él explica todo paso por paso a pesar del que no habla español siempre tiene a sus ayudantes que traducen ellas son muy amables.. es la mejor clínica trabajan los SABADOS también ellos me sacaron de una emergencia dental que tenía , me he tratado todos mi dentadura allí, a pesar de que no tengo seguro dental me dieron varias opciones de pago y financiamiento, ( en ninguna clínica que e ido me dan opciones tengo que pagar todo de una vez o dejar que los dientes sufran).. Amo a su ingienista CANESSA Woow dejo mis dientes impecables me encantaron ella es cuidado se limpi minuciosamente cada diente y revisa todo que quede en perfecta condición y se lleva su tiempo ... Le agradezco a todos y sobre todo al doctor por a ayudarme cuando llegue con mi muela de emergencia sin cita sin nada y sobre todo un sábado que es difícil que alguien te atienda así.. muchas gracias a todos.. los recomiendo mil veces.

I had such a great experience at this dental office! Yasmin, the office manager, was incredibly welcoming and made everything smooth from the moment I walked in. Mariah, the hygienist, was gentle, thorough, and very knowledgeable.She made me feel completely at ease and Dr. Marouf was outstanding! professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled at what he does.I really appreciated how efficiently everything was handled. I was in and out, but never felt rushed. The whole team took amazing care of me, and it truly shows how much they value their patients. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience at Ideal Dental, the staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Dr Marouf was great. He took the time to explain everything I had and thoroughly explained the options I had at my disposal, making me more confident in my decisions. As a first time patient at Ideal Dental, Dr.Muhammad went over and beyond my expectation! He is very professional, caring, listening and he is excellent in what he does. He found out the root of the problem quickly after looking at the X-rays and did the treatment right away. I'm very thankful and happy that l can use the left side of my mouth without pain now while eating. I highly recommend Dr.Muhammad! 10 out of 10 !

I am thrilled with recent changes made at this office. Dr Zaher was great at making time for me under time pressure. Very professional. Did not try to sell me unnecessary options. Clear explanations. Expediente procedure. Excellente front office treatment w/ Alejandra. Impressive changes recently vs previous 24 months.

I would not recommend. I had came here mid-pandemic. After transferring from Ideal Dental of Allen to Keller. I had great teeth with one cavity in all my years. Then all of a sudden my first visit I had two cavities and within the same year two more. Of course I got them fixed believing the dentist. I changed dentist offices and then no more cavities. I read that this is an easy way to scare patients and charge insurances. Again, I would encourage anyone to keep looking for a reputable and trustworthy dentist.
